No flags here—any sane person would feel the exact same way.😉

I see the arguments are getting more desperate by the day. At this rate, we'll probably have Crnarić weighing in too.🙄
If they're so wrong now, why did they bother showing up to those award shows in the first place? Are they trying to claim things were somehow different back then?

Well, he certainly said it clearly enough—he intended to eat well, drink his fill, and have a good laugh at the caricatures surrounding him...

I did the same thing once—just eating, drinking, and more drinking. It was a great time.

Sure, you’re chasing a black cat while I’m eyeing a Golden Globe... at this rate, the trophy will be delivered right to my doorstep, and we can celebrate by cooking a massive pot of chili out front of the club... seriously 😎

Coming from someone who’s clearly head over heels for yet another Ian and refuses to take off their Joy Division shirt. 😁

They were quite charming, I suppose... I ended up impulsively buying an original copy over the summer... and then that CD just sat there spinning in my Discman, mostly because I was still nursing a grudge against him and $46 for how much they overcharged me at the local Target... honestly, that CD probably would have given up the ghost if I hadn't realized I might lose my own mind if I played it one more time... so... now $46 is just gathering dust, and I find myself staring at it with a certain level of resentment.

I’ve got a similar situation going on here, pretty much just like what happened with Detlesica. I spent so much time listening to them, then finally went out and bought the original album, and honestly? I haven't even touched it since. It’s one of those things—either I’ve just overbought too much music to actually get through, or maybe I’m just strictly an MP3 guy now, or maybe they just lost their spark for me. 🤔

I think FF is alright. Nothing mind-blowing, but honestly, good luck finding anything better!🙄

Maybe I just still have a soft spot for that British post-punk sound!😁 Who knows...👋

Franz Ferdinand is solid... "Matinee" is easily their best track... shoutout to the Red Sox crew... listening to Oasis right now—the absolute greatest Britpop band out there, hands down my favorite 😁 😎

I’ve got a feeling that in twenty years, FF—or at least this debut of theirs—will be looked back on the same way we view 80s pop today. *Dark of the Matinee* is going to be the new "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)" or whatever that Dead or Alive track was called. Personally, I love it—it gets me hyped up and dancing around my apartment. Honestly, half the people swearing by Dennis & Denis right now would've probably just called them posers and attention-seekers twenty years ago.

I just saw this... if they actually show up, I’ll be there... I'll probably bring enough chaos to push through the crowd just to snag a spot in the front row, mostly so I can stare intensely at the lead singer without any distractions, since his look is just so uniquely striking... 😍 and I'll know every single lyric by heart (though my spelling might be a bit off, as I mentioned in my previous post here...)

"Dark of the Matinee" might become the next big anthem like something from Dead or Alive. Personally, I love their sound; it puts me in such a good mood that I find myself dancing around my apartment. It’s funny how people who swear by Duran Duran now would have probably dismissed them as mere posers twenty years ago.

Well, if you're blessed with health, luck, and plenty of money... then I suppose I'll be proud of my musical taste many years down the road...
As for Duran Duran, I thought they were absolutely incredible about fifteen years ago... and I was quite fond of They Might Be Giants back then too... 😁
