I’ve been sticking to Gerber herbal tonic on occasion, though I occasionally supplement with whatever prenatal vitamin I have left over from my pregnancy!

Does anyone actually know how you're supposed to take that tonic?.. I ended up with a massive stash of those little single-serve bottles from the girl at the CVS where I always shop, but there isn't a single instruction anywhere on how to use them—and I simply cannot find the time to swing by the pharmacy to ask.😁

Twice a day, morning and night. I took it after giving birth because my iron was low. Now my iron levels are fine.

Thanks for the insight, but how many milliliters should one actually be taking?😁>

As for me, I’ll be sticking with the prenatal vitamin as long as I’m breastfeeding...

🤔 I personally find that 10 ml is sufficient, though I make a point of taking my dose just before lunch. It’s honestly a relief to have a routine like that, because if I didn't commit to that specific timing, wouldn't I inevitably forget to take it twice?

I still have some leftover prenatal vitamins from my pregnancy lying around, so I just take them whenever they cross my mind...

How long is it actually safe to take this Gerber tonic? A month, two?

I’ve been taking Omega-3 Natal and Prenatal from Nature's Bounty... they say breast milk can be a little low on iron, so I figure it's better to just make sure those vitamins are there.🙂
