Spotting/vaginal bleeding: has anyone dealt with this?

Asking for a friend so I don't have all the details, but if anyone has any ideas, that'd be awesome. Basically, she’s got some vaginal bleeding—not huge, but enough to notice. No pain or anything else going on. It's definitely not her period, just to be clear 😁, but it's still weird. They had sex a few days before it started, though I'm not sure if that's actually why... She says the blood looks bright red and clean. Obviously, she'll hit up a gynecologist ASAP, but she can't get an appointment right this second. Anyone have a clue what could be causing this?

She needs to get to an OB-GYN immediately!!!
If she isn't mobile enough to actually make the trip, she can at least pick up the phone.
She could reach out to any local clinic...

I had my period about two weeks ago...but then I hooked up with my boyfriend...and now, out of nowhere, I'm bleeding again...it happened just three days after we had sex...
Anyone have any idea what might be going on here???
