Kevin Chavez3, I think cult bands are defined by being those groups that never quite hit massive mainstream stardom, but to the dedicated subset of fans who actually know them, they matter more than Jesus. You look at stuff like The Velvet Underground, The Stooges, MC5, The Birthday Party, Gang of Four, Nomeansno, and so on.

Then you definitely have to go with The Fall and Butthole Surfers—they're the ultimate cult acts because they're just incredibly underground. 😁

So, they're in on it too. But honestly, they exist, they really do...

For what it's worth, this was a local Kleš release (just like Headsi and Public Image Ltd), but it's been kept in great shape. Still, Kleš is Kleš, and I’d honestly pay double just to have it... And hearing Hüsker Dü in a peppermint state, still wrapped in plastic... Damn, it was actually painful having to leave "Zen Arcade" for another time. Now I'm just waiting on a buddy to cough up $20 for that "The Clash" CD I traded him to get this record, so let's go grab that too... 🙂

Eh... this compilation is definitely worth picking up—especially at that price point.
