Gigabyte B550M DS3H and Ryzen 5 5600X build - thoughts?

16GB of RAM, a GTX 1060, and an SSD
I’ve updated to the latest BIOS, but I'm still hitting a wall—it either hangs indefinitely on that initial boot screen where you select the BIOS settings... or, if it actually manages to hand things off to Windows, it just freezes up again during a restart... it's quite a loop...
