Look, Jamie Rivera78, you’ve been insisting time and time again that those outbreaks in Mexico, North Mexico, Ukraine, and places like that—the ones involving actual fatalities—simply aren't happening.

Jamie Rivera78 said:We all know how it goes at medical school—there’s absolutely zero room for any alternative viewpoints. If you even dare to suggest something outside the standard textbook curriculum, they'll shut you down before you can even finish your sentence. It’s pretty much an instant disciplinary action if you step out of line! I really think we should apply that same kind of logic to the Alternative! That’s just it! A dedicated space for Alternative perspectives! Honestly, I really think we should just redirect everything else to the other subforums. That’s the easiest way to finally put an end to all these endless arguments! Besides, if you actually look at the rules over at Alternative, the instructions for anyone following our discussions here are already super clear and straightforward.

Exactly! That’s the perfect way to put it. This is truly the spot for... Alternative perspectives!Look, I’m all for healthy debate, but let's be clear: this isn't about launching broadside attacks on medicine, the scientific community, or the experts who actually put in the work to provide us with real, actionable knowledge. We shouldn't be tearing down the very people providing the facts. Instead, we really need to focus on providing constructive input! I really think we need to approach this with a fully fleshed-out, well-reasoned argument! It shouldn't just be a quick thought tossed out there—we need to dive deep, lay out the facts, and build a solid case that actually holds water. Let's make sure we're being thorough! If you want to offer a real alternative to the scientific method, you actually have to bring something legitimate to the table. A truly reasoned alternative isn't just shouting, "I don't recognize the government or its laws," or claiming "doctors are murderers," or insisting that "vaccines kill children." Honestly, none of those stances represent a real alternative anyway. They’re just a fast track to anarchy, lawlessness, and total ignorance. It’s one thing to list ten "miracle" remedies that might help with an illness, but it’s a whole different story when people start advising others to ditch their medical treatments in favor of something "better." It’s especially wild when that advice comes from someone citing their own "life lessons"—even though they’ve never actually dealt with any of the illnesses they’re talking about—or relying on nothing more than "testimonials from John from Alabama." Then there are the folks recommending that parents skip childhood vaccinations (ironic, considering most of them don't even have kids themselves, or were vaccinated like everyone else). To me, all of this really just calls into question whether we're dealing with common sense or just misguided intentions.

Jamie Rivera78 said:Honestly, I think this group of people who constantly jump in to obstruct every single post just doesn't get it. They act like there's some kind of mathematical equation at play here, but between Alternative medicine and the hard sciences, there is absolutely no equals sign!

Look, I’m all for thinking outside the box, but we have to draw the line somewhere! There’s a massive difference between an "Alternative" approach and just plain old nonsense. Even when you're stepping away from the mainstream, there should still be some semblance of knowledge, logic, and actual cause and effect at play. I mean, honestly, some of these claims are just wild. You hear people claiming they’re strictly vegan, then turn around and argue that humans actually *need* to consume only human proteins. They’ll tell you that people grow out of the ground like bell peppers, or try to convince you that human blood is basically the same thing as carrot juice! It gets even more ridiculous when they start preaching that the human body can just synthesize Vitamin C out of carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen, so why bother eating fruits or veggies? Or my personal favorite: the idea that you can live a long, high-quality life just by gorging on ten pounds of fruit every single day. Without a shred of actual evidence to back any of this up, it isn't an "Alternative" lifestyle—it's just pure, unadulterated madness!

Jamie Rivera78 said:When we talk about an Alternative, what we’re really talking about is having a different perspective or a second option on the table—something that can be incredibly useful, even if it feels a little out of left field sometimes! Honestly, we’re talking about something that is decades ahead of modern science! And honestly, it often comes up with much better solutions than what you'll find in mainstream science today!

And honestly, we really ought to be staying years ahead of the curve, while also moving right alongside modern science. The thing about true Alternative medicine is that it often employs methods that are incredibly close to scientific principles, just applied through a different lens. Because of that, once the effectiveness of a specific method is actually proven, it eventually transitions into being an official, mainstream medical standard. Just look at history! Two hundred years ago, vaccinations were considered nothing more than an alternative approach, but today, they are a totally standard part of disease prevention because their benefits have been firmly established.
Honestly, all this xenophobic nonsense—claiming tourists or undocumented immigrants are crawling with bugs and diseases, or saying seniors are just walking health hazards, or even those ridiculous claims about underwear sticking out or avoiding MRIs because of radiation fears, or that you can fix your eyesight by staring at the sun... it’s just not happening. It feels like we're regressing to the Middle Ages, living in an era of village witches, sorcerers, fear of outsiders, and people retreating into tiny, isolated bubbles.

Jamie Rivera78 said:Unfortunately, corruption in the scientific community is becoming more obvious these days, which is exactly why an Alternative is so vital. We need to present the public with all the options available to them; hiding data has never led to anything good.

Do you really have examples of scientific corruption? Any attempt to cheat in science gets sniffed out incredibly fast, and it's absolutely career-ending for the fraud. Once you lose that trust, it's gone forever. There are way too many scientists working in similar fields for someone to just fake results and hide the truth. Plus, every major corporation is basically just waiting for a chance to take down a competitor and grab their slice of the pie. That’s why they are so obsessed with keeping product quality at a massive level. One wrong move can cost tens of billions of dollars and set research back by years. In that world, there aren't any friends—it's just a small pond full of hungry crocodiles.

Jamie Rivera78 said:Regarding vaccinations, even top officials in the American healthcare system are suggesting we should scrap mandatory vaccination and move toward a recommendation-based system instead.

Which officials? When and where exactly? That transition will only happen once vaccination rates reach a point where individual cases can't threaten the rest of the population. Right now, given the situation in surrounding countries, there isn't a chance in hell of that happening anytime soon.

Jamie Rivera78 said:There is plenty of information showing that vaccines can indeed carry risks, and we shouldn't be silent about that. Of course, everyone should weigh all the perspectives and make their own independent decision about what is best for themselves or their children. That kind of approach already exists in most developed nations.

That's just a mantra that keeps getting repeated. The fact that we see only one or two severe reactions per million vaccinated people actually proves that vaccination is a safe procedure. It was precisely because we tried to apply that "parents know best" logic that we ended up fifty years in the past, dealing with diseases we thought were wiped out. We moved away from that, and now we're going back to what's safe. Moving forward, everyone will get vaccinated, with exceptions only for those who have legitimate medical reasons. And that's how it'll stay until things return to normal.

Jamie Rivera78 said:When you look at all the arguing and the nasty comments flying around here, it’s pretty obvious that most of the drama is stirred up by self-proclaimed "experts" acting under the guise of some kind of fake concern for public health.

From what I can gather, people like stipe23 and urbangull90—who actually stood up to the anti-vaxxers during the vaccination debates—have real medical backgrounds. They aren't just "experts" in name; they are actual professionals. And I know for a fact they aren't doing it out of some fake concern either. It's the same with the rest of us who, despite being a bit skeptical about certain things, are parents who advocate for vaccinations. So, who is it that claims to be "protecting children" while fighting against them? Usually, it's the folks who don't even have kids, aren't married, live alone, and spend their time chasing every single > fad.
Most of us here have a decent handle on specific areas of natural science that we apply to these discussions. On the flip side, there are a few of you who don't even grasp the basics of biology, chemistry, or physics. And don't even get me started on general knowledge—some people here don't even know the difference between distilled water, mineral water, and seawater! This one little group of quasi-raw-food vegans has totally discredited themselves with their cult-like nonsense regarding diet. They actually wrote about how they eat rice, pasta (which has eggs in it!), potatoes, honey, cocoa, or maple syrup, but then claim to "detox" using nothing but broth with toasted bread (written by someone claiming to be a raw foodist for no apparent reason). They would honestly be better off just admitting the truth to themselves. And when you point out the contradictions right to their faces, they just resort to insults or derail the thread with even more ridiculous nonsense.
Was it this same raw-food crew that started mocking deceased people? Did they mock former leaders like a local version of a major political figure? Did they point to that girl in the States as an example of healing, only for it to come out three posts later that she passed away two months after? Has Ethan Barrett22 ever mocked his own relative who died of lung cancer? Has stormyrider28 been posting weird stuff here about anatomical guesses or bizarre physical obsessions? Was it this same group that started that idiotic story about rings and boiling things? There's such a massive list of nonsense that I could type for hours... but what's the point?

Jamie Rivera78 said:Their standard line is that nothing can exist and nothing should be used unless it has been backed by at least ten different studies spanning ten or twenty years. But history shows us that waiting that long isn't a guarantee of success, and many people will lose precious time in the process.

That's just how science works; if you want to verify a method, you need research. Research that takes time, which obviously comes with its own pros and cons.
But when some quack or "alternative" enthusiast tells a person to skip their medical treatment and just drink carrot juice for a month to cure terminal cancer, that isn't an "alternative"—that's dangerous malpractice. Because by the end of that month, that person might not even be around anymore. And when faced with that reality, the response from these "alternative" types is always, "Well, nobody forced them to take it."🤦
And that right there? That’s exactly where we hit the snag!

Jamie Rivera78 said:I honestly feel like I can say this without much hesitation: there are so many situations where alternative medicine actually does a much better job than conventional medicine. That’s exactly why I think we should just leave the whole alternative scene to the people who actually believe in it!

Absolutely, they should! But let’s be real—this needs to happen with actual Alternatives, not just some uneducated folks who watched three random YouTube videos and suddenly think they’re experts. You know the type: people handing out medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice left and right while being incredibly disrespectful toward actual scientists and anyone who doesn't share their specific brand of "wisdom." It's gotta be done right!

Jamie Rivera78 said:Honestly, I can't help but wonder—who’s actually going to sit down and read this? Some people will probably scroll right past, while others might stick around. Who knows, right?Honestly, this intentional trolling and constant derailment of the thread is just plain rude, and frankly, it’s a total waste of everyone's time. It doesn't accomplish anything! If people keep acting like this, it's only going to hurt the medical community's credibility and make it harder for anyone to take scientific discussions seriously.

People are definitely going to read this, but you really have to keep one thing in mind: there’s a whole crowd of readers out there who don't realize that behind these usernames, you aren't just dealing with regular folks. Sometimes, you run into people who are completely uneducated, totally unserious, or just plain irresponsible. Honestly, you've got everything from genuine trolls and malicious actors to people struggling with mental health issues or those who are just desperately hunting for any shred of attention they can get. They’ll post whatever nonsense pops into their heads without a single ounce of accountability. At the end of the day, they just don't care! ☕

Give me a link or admit you're just spinning tales like you always do just to trash someone... It should be obvious to anyone that posting private info is a serious offense, so maybe think about what you're actually typing before you hit send. Now I'm gonna drop some links right here so everyone can see the kind of garbage you post on Alternative... You really think you can insult me just because I shared an opinion? Jamie Rivera78 said:Don't go digging your own grave here. You need to actually look at which demographics are getting sick and compare that to how many healthy, unvaccinated kids are catching it in the first place. Then, ask yourself why most of the cases we see are among adults—and whether vaccination plays a role in that outcome.

Also, can we get the moderators to step in? These anti-vax crowds are spreading blatant fake news, claiming that in these "non-existent outbreaks," only the vaccinated people are getting hit, which flies right in the face of official CDC statistics. Meanwhile, they act like babies dying is just some unavoidable stroke of fate. What happened to accountability? 🤦

If it's so vital to your argument that you justify your own insults—why didn't you include the link?

For instance, have you ever seen an opponent get called out by pulling data from another PDF just to claim their kid is a little brat?

The primary and, frankly, only real issue within the Alternative Healing PDF is the sheer amount of insults and ad hominem attacks being thrown around—even here in this thread—by the specific individuals I’ve already mentioned. 🤦
I suppose it's actually a good thing, because the moderators will be able to see exactly how things stand for themselves.

We all generally agree that this forum is meant to be a space for exchanging ideas and healthy debate, yet these people seem to ignore that principle entirely right from the jump because they dismiss any dissenting view and resort to attacking anyone who doesn't share their perspective.

It feels as though no one is allowed to have an opinion if it deviates from their own; they fight tooth and nail against any differing viewpoint, usually through blunt insults, subtle insinuations, and constant ad hominem strikes.

I'll provide more links to document all of this if the thread isn't locked first, as I can't get to them quite this second.

It is also rather interesting that they can't seem to produce a single link or quote to back up their claims, whereas I have gone to great lengths to support my points and have documented a mountain of their insults and personal attacks. And honestly, that’s just a tiny fraction of what they’ve dumped throughout the entire PDF; I wouldn't mind at all providing even more evidence if needed.

Life's tough, but pretending these tragedies don't matter is just straight-up cold. 🤦

If you're talking about those little ones under a year old, they don't usually get shots—it all comes down to whatever immunity the mother passed down. And honestly? That maternal immunity has taken a massive hit ever since the MMR vaccine became the standard.
Look, I didn't say it was *only* the vaccinated getting sick, but let’s be real—there’s a massive chunk of them in this group right here. And those official numbers? They’ve been shifting like sand, at least in the states you're bringing up.

stormyrider28 said:What Ethan Brooks59 was saying about this... Closed! There have been a few threads popping up over on Alternative lately where people are just flat-out wrong. It’s honestly kind of wild! So, I just found out that the only thread that actually got shut down was the one about cancer treatments—and honestly, all because the debate over it dragged on for a few months too long!

Honestly, there’s nothing quite like just stepping back and letting a quasi-alternative group show their true colors!
Ovo je rečenica na koju se odnosi komentar:

Ethan Brooks59 said:Looking for a solid PDF Alternative? I've been diving deep into this lately! But hey, even here on Reddit! Honestly, I’ve noticed that a few of the threads around here have been shut down lately, and if you ask me, there’s really only one reason why that keeps happening!

stormyrider28 said:Man, looking back at those old threads, it was honestly such a mess! In almost every single post, there was some guy being incredibly rude and insulting everyone else who was trying to join the conversation. It was pretty wild because, by that point, there weren't even any moderators around to step in and shut it down. It was just a free-for-all of negativity! So, that’s exactly why the admin decided to lock the thread! She promised she’d have it up and running in just a few days!

And you're lying to me again! Seriously! If that had actually happened the way you're describing, she would have handed out at least a dozen bans and called it a day. Problem solved, right? But that’s not what happened at all—she actually said... ovo.

I’ve decided to temporarily lock this topic. I had to clear out a few posts where things were getting a little too heated and argumentative, though I haven't handed out any formal bans just yet. If I can find a spare moment soon to dive back in and do a more thorough review of the whole thread, we might see some disciplinary actions taken. Stay tuned!

Just to make sure we’re all on the same page moving forward: I’ve completely lost my bearings here, and that PDF I was working on has vanished into thin air where it definitely shouldn't have! Look, I am all for discussing Alternative methods, but we have to draw a line in the sand. We absolutely cannot encourage anyone to ignore modern medicine or disregard their doctor's professional advice. It’s also a non-starter for me to promote any methods that have been scientifically proven to be harmful or dangerous. Let's keep things safe and smart!
It looks like this thread will probably reopen in a few days! We’ll either stick with this one or launch a brand-new one where we start totally from scratch, but either way, we're going to be rolling out a fresh set of rules. Stay tuned!

So, look, it’s closed for a completely different reason entirely, but you’re still out here trying to stir the pot! You’re back at it again, attempting to manufacture some kind of drama by twisting the truth and using those "creative interpretations" of yours to bend the facts. Honestly, it’s become pretty much your trademark move at this point!

stormyrider28 said:Since we still don't have a moderator stepping up to maintain some order, it’s pretty obvious why this thread hasn't been opened yet—if it were, the chaos would just keep spiraling out of control! Honestly, that’s exactly what’s happening in two or three other threads where Ethan Brooks59 migrated along with those few specific people Ethan Barrett22 pointed out. Those guys are really the only ones causing issues in those discussions. They seriously need to be penalized! Honestly, we wouldn't even be dealing with any of these headaches right now if they hadn't shown up in the first place. Everything was running smooth as silk until they made their entrance! Honestly, I haven't seen insults like that anywhere else on this entire forum!

stormyrider28, seriously, just tell me: you have over 600 posts here, so in which other threads have you actually contributed anything besides these four specific topics (Raw Food, Detoxification, Cancer Treatment, and Vaccinations)? Since the day you logged on, I haven't seen you write a single on-topic post. Every single one of your messages is just off-topic nonsense meant to suck up to Ethan Barrett22—and honestly, if you two are actually seeing each other, please just go enjoy yourselves at a local resort instead of cluttering up Alternative! Aside from that, it’s all just insulting other forum members or commenting on posts in a way that completely ignores the actual subject matter just so you can throw around ad hominem attacks. And don't think we didn't notice those gross jokes about shoving "pimpilimpia" up someone's backside; nobody else invented that kind of crude humor, you were clearly just trying too hard to be the "funny guy." Then, once people finally called you out on your behavior and it hit home, you immediately started whining that everyone was being mean to you. I actually sat down and counted: forty-three times! Forty-three separate posts where you insisted you "know six people who were cured of cancer" without providing a shred of evidence... honestly, what is even the point in talking to you anymore?

Honestly, this is exactly what everyone has been warning about since day one. You’ve got this small clique of five or six people who basically act like a cult, tearing through different threads and turning perfectly good discussions into a complete mess. It’s incredibly frustrating because they were told—straight up, no sugarcoating—to stop hijacking other topics and trying to "fix" everything in threads where they don't belong. And yet, here we are. These outbursts are just their classic playbook: constant bickering, insults, and aggressive attacks. It's become their signature move.

stormyrider28 said:I could honestly go on forever listing all these posts! It feels like every single time I post anything on here—no matter how trivial or harmless—I get hit with a wave of insults for absolutely no reason at all! It’s honestly wild. I’ll just be sharing a quick thought or a random observation, and suddenly it's like I've personally offended everyone in the room. I'm sitting here wondering, "What did I even do?" because there truly wasn't any provocation. It's a bit disheartening, to say the least, but hey, I guess that's just life on the internet sometimes, right? Still, it definitely catches me off guard! And that’s exactly what Ethan Brooks59, RabbitHop, Biljka112, Al Dente, and Roger Cooper91 are out there doing! It feels like every single time I post something here, I get hit with a wave of criticism immediately! Honestly, it’s like I can't even get a sentence out without someone jumping down my throat.
The only real issue is that they're the ones causing the trouble, because... Honestly, it feels like people only show up to these threads just to throw shade and start fights! Honestly, it feels like there’s always a small group of people looking to swoop in and hijack certain threads, just to shut down any actual debate before it even gets started. It’s so frustrating! And the worst part? As soon as we stop engaging with them, they just vanish without a trace. It’s pretty obvious that their whole goal is to kill off meaningful discussions entirely. In my opinion, the only way to fix this is to actually hold them accountable and get some order back in the community. If the moderators over at Alternative aren't stepping up to handle it, then I really think you supermods need to take the reins when you see this happening right in front of you. Let's get things back on track! Seriously, what kind of insults are those? I mean, come on!Why don't you try giving them a partial payment over the course of a month? It might just work! Oh man, I’m also one hundred percent convinced that all these problems are just going to magically vanish overnight! Haha, yeah right. But seriously, I totally agree—there’s no way they should get away with this without facing some kind of consequences. If you don't hold them accountable now, they're just going to keep doing the exact same thing over and over again. It's a cycle! Let’s keep this momentum going and dive even deeper into our core values! Honestly, I really think it would be for the best if we could just get this moving as soon as possible! Can we please get a moderator on this board who actually understands how the Alternative works? It would make things so much easier for everyone! Honestly, I just want us to be able to have some actual, decent conversations within these threads! It would be so much better if we could all just stick to the topics and chat normally.

Honestly, I’ve gotta say, watching you play the victim right now feels a little ridiculous—maybe even a touch pathetic, if I'm being totally blunt. It’s kind of hard to take all this crying about being "insulted" seriously, especially after everything you just lashed out at us for saying! 🤦
So, you’re really out here claiming that Ethan Barrett22 is the only moderator worth a damn? And apparently, he’s just pushing for the position because of his own selfish interests—mostly looking at the bottom line, right? It seems like ever since this little group of people started trying to tear him down, everything has spiraled completely out of control. I mean, look at where these threads have ended up! It's honestly wild how much chaos this whole situation has caused. 🙄

Thanks for the kind words, really, but I don't have a medical background or anything remotely related to it. I'm just a simple lawyer who doesn't even deal with the law (all that much) anymore. 😬

I never claimed only vaccinated people get sick, but there's a significant number of vaccinated individuals in this group. Official statistics have shifted quite a bit, at least in the US states you're bringing up.

That’s fascinating. So, you know babies aren't vaccinated against measles yet, they come into contact with people who actually have the virus, and then they die—and somehow, you find a way to blame their mothers? 🤦

Then try telling me you're not a dangerous person. 👎

Ethan Brooks59, zecopas, Roger Cooper91, Biljka112—they’ve been straight-up nuking the alternative medicine threads for months now... It’s pathetic. These users show up with zero clue about how holistic stuff actually works, and whatever they drop in the comments has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand. They aren't even here to talk; they just swoop in specifically to trash the people who are actually trying to have a meaningful discussion. There isn't a single real argument to be found because, again, they don't know anything... it's just constant ad hominem attacks.
It was actually because of Ethan Brooks59 that the cancer treatment thread had to be shut down entirely. 👎
We really need to put an end to this kind of disrespect and start handing out actual consequences for it.

Roger Cooper91 said:It’s pretty wild when you think about it—you know babies aren't vaccinated against measles, so if they come into contact with someone who actually has it and they die, you somehow manage to pin the blame on their mothers... 🤦

And then you have the nerve to tell me you aren't a dangerous person. 👎

Maybe you're just trying to manufacture some drama?

These users show up to discussions without having the slightest clue about alternative therapies, and half the stuff they post has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand. They aren't here to contribute; they're just here to insult the people who actually know what they're talking about. Instead of using actual arguments—which they can't do because they lack the knowledge—they just resort to ad hominem attacks.

This kind of disrespect needs to end, and there should be real consequences for it.

"Without any knowledge"? Really? So, let me get this straight. I wanted to push back on the claim that we don't need to eat fruits and vegetables (or take supplements) because our bodies can just produce their own Vitamin C—not to mention the "alternative fact" someone threw out claiming concentration camp prisoners were in perfect health for that very reason—but since I'm not an "expert" on that particular brand of nonsense, I just get shut down, ignored, and insulted? Is that how this works now?😁
