"It’s very sad that this is response I get. When the point is if they make this new one with all men and it does well which it will. It might feel that “boys are better”it makes my heart drop. Maybe I could have use different words but I’m allowed to have my feelings just like them."

Is she perhaps looking at the possibility that "guys might be better" through a somewhat sexist lens?

Someone needs to break it to her—the gender split in the new cast is actually 50/50, not "all men" as she claims. Poor thing is desperately uninformed.

With her build, honestly, that’s probably the only thing she’s missing.

I wonder about the logistics here... who among you actually needs to go see it?

Word on the street from the audition tapes for Ghostbusters III is that they might actually turn the main characters into a bunch of 12 or 13-year-old kids.

I honestly doubt they’d be foolish enough to ruin the little bit of goodwill they managed to build with this teaser.

I mean, why not? If they actually have the sense to pick talented kids—think along the lines of the cast from Stranger Things or It—and somehow blend that vibe with the ghosts and the tech from the original franchise, it could actually work. It’s basically a way to pitch it as this adventurous, retro 80s sci-fi romp for a new generation. Honestly, that might be their smartest move for revitalizing the whole concept.

Ghostbusters (2021) Cast Revealed

Sequel Quote: there's something strange in The neighborhood but it's definitely not The lead actors of director Jason Reitman's Ghostbusters -> Sequel Quote. Has anyone else been wondering when we might finally get a glimpse behind the curtain? Well, the wait seems to be over, if only slightly. Jason Reitman recently took to X to share a photograph that offers our very first official look at the ensemble, featuring McKenna Grace, Finn Wolfhard, and Carrie Coon in costume. It is quite a sentimental image, isn't it? Reitman accompanied the shot with the caption, "The family's all here," as the photo captures him alongside Grace, Wolfhard, Coon, and even his late father, the legendary director Ivan Reitman. One can't help but feel the weight of that legacy, can one?

Seems kind of sad to me, I guess.

For really young kids, you could probably frame it as something akin to *Jumanji*—you know, that whole immersive, slightly chaotic vibe.
Older generations are probably just going to look at this with pure contempt—honestly, it’s nothing more than some overly complicated corporate product designed to milk the ideas of people who were actually creative back in the day.

Looks like someone here was actually a fan of "It."

And once again, we've got a bunch of kids "saving the day" in this movie. Give me a break.

It has those Stranger Things and IT vibes.
I was honestly just waiting for Pennywise to jump out at any second.
