I’ve hated our coach since the last World Cup. I knew back then that grabbing 4th place through pure luck—relying on one or two lucky games and some questionable officiating—was the worst possible outcome for us. Pretty soon, that hack proved his "talent" by playing favorites with his little inner circle led by Zorman, which ultimately cost us dearly when we missed the Euro qualifiers and barely scraped into the World Cup. He offered to resign afterward, but let’s be real, it was just a total circus for the cameras.🤦
Even the fair-weather fans who were busy cheering for that "historic" bronze medal now realize he’s nothing but a fraud. Even they can see there are plenty of talented young players in the US who aren't getting a single shot from this loser.
So, to all the handball fans out there: if we want any chance at fixing this mess, we need to demand this coach be fired immediately!

TV coverage has been pretty thin this year, so I haven't watched much. From what little I've seen, the Americans play a much more beautiful and polished game than we do. My only worry is whether the bench depth is good enough; I'm afraid they might just gas out physically when facing us.

They looked sluggish right from the first half compared to our guys, and I bet our conditioning is going to start showing even more as the game goes on.
