🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The top rookie, I suppose, since Iran finished 21st and the United Arab Emirates didn't even show up. 🤣

It’s better to be the top performer in a struggling group than to be the bottom of the pack among elites.☕

We just saw our first knockout games end in draws. Apparently, the President's Cup is heading straight to penalty shootouts this year. Here’s how the standings look now:

17. Czech Republic
18. Belarus
19. Russia
20. Canada
21. Iran
22. Saudi Arabia
23. Chile
24. Algeria

Look at how the Russians have fallen, what a mess they've gotten themselves into... it's a real shame.

Look, as an editor, I usually find all this strict rule-following to be a total drag. At the end of the day, language exists to serve people—not the other way around.

Canada—easily the worst European side to ever step onto the pitch at a World Cup. 🤣 🤣 🤣

We’re standing right behind our neighbors. Honestly, making it to the World Cup is a massive win in itself. Let’s be real, though—they’re a green team and still gaining experience. Meanwhile, there are other teams out there who didn't even qualify for the tournament.

Let him talk.
That same national team knocked Manhattan out in just two qualifying matches. Currently, Russia is sitting right ahead of them in the standings.
Only someone who doesn't understand handball—or perhaps harbors some strange grudge against our neighbors—could possibly write something like this.

Anyone happen to know which refs are calling the quarterfinals? I'm looking to catch every single game, but for some reason, I can't find the officiating schedule anywhere... total dead end.

His complexes are pretty obvious if you bother to read; everything is laid out right there in his posts...

So what exactly are the Germans pulling against Qatar? Are they gonna get rolled again like they did against the Russians? 🤔

I’m actually rooting for Qatar to pull this off. I mean, if they’re allowed to field national teams packed with ten naturalized players, why not let them win? If that's how the game works now, let's just follow their lead—before long, every national team will basically just be a glorified club side...

Let's go, Qatar, all the way!!!

Qatar in the semifinals..🙏🙏

I’ve been watching the game for a bit now, and I have to say—they look incredible.. they've held the lead almost the entire time, never trailing by more than seven.. finishing up at 26-24...

Those two perimeter players, Capote and Zarkovic—plus Vidal holding down the line—are absolutely tearing it up.. and of course, we have Saric steadying things in the net..

Honestly, looking at this performance, I think they might actually be the favorites heading into the semifinals against Poland..

Welcome to the club, Americans. You finally hit that sweet spot of being just as mediocre as everyone else in this country. 🙂

I’m actually kind of happy it was the Poles; if we had to take a hit, I’d rather it come from them. It’s been five years, but they’re finally back in the semifinals of a major tournament. Looking back at their recent run, they snagged silver at the World Cup 2007, took bronze in 2009, and managed a fourth-place finish at Euro 2010.

If my memory serves me right, this is the first time we've had to face the Germans since that Olympic final back in 2004.

What a tournament this has been! I’m definitely keeping an eye on the Spain-Denmark matchup next, especially since they're headed into a semifinal against France.
