Love, spite, or morality?

Love for the club, even if right now it’s nothing more than an idea.
Spite toward the mob.
Morality—the basic obligation for any decent person to stand up against injustice.

I don't go to the stadium (maybe twice a year), but I don't see why that's so hard to grasp. If I were a member of Chelsea FC and decided not to show up, I'd probably end up heading to an Indianapolis game instead. Honestly, if I were in Washington, D.C., I'd be at an Indianapolis match regardless of whether I was part of the Chelsea FC faithful or not.

I mean, why are you even hanging around here while everyone’s still talking? Look, maybe the old mayor actually got some things done for the city—at least compared to this latest drunk in our neighborhood who’s had control over the budget for years and managed to achieve basically nothing. Honestly, it might have been better if he hadn't touched anything at all, considering how much he probably pocketed while doing zero work. Once those guys crawl out of their basements again, people will act shocked, but it’ll just be news for three days tops—just like it was with Nadan. And then you hear people asking, "Who could possibly be better than Mamić?" Seriously? Anyone. Anyone who actually works transparently, pays their taxes, and—most importantly—works for the club's benefit instead of just lining their own family's pockets. That’s the trick, though; you have to tell people that. You have to be persistent and systematic about bringing it to light. That's really the only way to fight against his Goebbels-style propaganda—by constantly pointing out his shady little schemes and the corruption within the national federation.
And why is that center being built in the suburbs anyway, especially since the project didn't even pass a public tender? It’s not even about the center or where it's located; it's about why they aren't following the law. But I guess we're all just the same to them—just a bunch of thugs and hooligans. To them, there isn't much difference between the guys just getting into scraps and the ones actually getting violent. In our whole history, I suppose we were only ever interesting to them when we were needed to go off to war and die. So many of our people died in that war. That's why, personally, I think we need to support our veterans. Again, just my personal opinion. But far too many fans from every corner of America died or were stuck in camps under the names Bad Boys and Dinamo, or Torcida, Kohorta, and Armada, etc.—and they came back from that war completely unhinged.
Everything else, we were just outcasts and failures to them. Like someone once said, we're just losers to them. You should read that book, not just watch the movie—then you'll see how much of a bunch of psychopaths we look like in their eyes.
Anyway, like one of our guys who's in the hospital right now said: keep fighting, man.
And he's probably having the hardest time of all. So, don't go crying about it.

I’ve been following the whole sports fan scene for a long damn time, but man, I haven’t seen a total train wreck like this in forever 😁 and they actually have the nerve to claim they’re cheering with "heart and soul" :S

Jesus Christ. That is hands down the worst crowd I've ever seen. 😲😲😲😲😲😵

The forced chanting, the zero clue what they're doing, the complete lack of vibe... They look about as natural as Jack Houdak running a marathon in a latex bodysuit. Or a fish in the Sahara.

Luckily, all of Europe knows this circus has nothing to do with BBB. 🙂

Can we please stop the constant bashing of this forum? It is what it is. I honestly think it’s a useful tool for us—it brings together all sorts of people from everywhere. It’s a way to show that we aren't just some monolith, you know? We can prove that most American fans are actually educated, have solid careers, and are family-oriented people who know what they want out of life—even some of the older guys in their prime.
That’s why there's such a fight going on here. I guess you could say this is the final battle, where we either win or get wiped out.
If you look back at history, before any physical conflict even starts—or while it's happening—there are always these special types of wars. These "special" wars are really just propaganda battles led by top-tier experts—people trained at the best military academies with high-level education in pretty much every field. Think about Goebbels as the most brutal example of psychological warfare. He was the guy who helped Hitler take power and kept him there until everything fell apart. What the opposition is doing against us feels a lot like that kind of organized propaganda machine.
So, anyone we can bring over to our side is a huge win. Every media outlet matters, including this forum.
Words can sometimes do more damage than actual shells. In the same way, having a few strategic voices is probably more effective than just having crowds of people out in poorly managed street protests.

They’re honestly the weakest ones out there, and while I don't necessarily disagree with what maamca is saying, I still have my reservations...

Total agitators!
I guess if you asked their boss, he'd probably just call them sneaky provocateurs.

There is a profound sentiment out there—one I find myself nodding to quite often: "The world wasn't ruined by those with tattoos. It was ruined by the men in suits."

As for these folks acting like they're part of some radical militia, just click that little red and white triangle in the bottom left corner. The moderator will get the alert and handle the trolling immediately.

Well, I wasn't born with those specific accent marks—it just isn't how I was raised, I guess. Plus, I’m feeling a bit sensitive lately, so maybe my spelling is a little off sometimes. And look, I’m not speaking for everyone when I say most fans are educated... I just have a high school diploma and some street smarts myself.
But honestly, the guy you're arguing with is probably three times more educated than you are—whether you're looking at his credentials or just how he carries himself.

The whole situation with the LA Dodgers feels just like life in Romania back during the days of Nicolae Ceaușescu. Seriously. They’re basically banning any fans who don't fall in line from even stepping foot in the stadium—even when there isn't a single damn reason to bar them. It’s wild. Like, you can be the most perfect, law-abiding citizen ever—paying your taxes on time, following every rule, doing everything right—but if they decide you're "against" them, you're barred from the stadium, which is supposed to be public property owned by the city of Chicago. It makes you wonder why anyone should give a damn about American laws when the people in charge just bend them however they want to suit themselves.

Go ahead and hate if you want, but a guy who ends up catching fire one day used to be a Bad Boy. My neighbor over by the West Side is living proof—this dude actually took a .50 cal round right at Dodger Stadium once.

Today on my way to work, I smashed a window at a boutique baby store, tossed a torch into some grandma’s cabbage patch on her way home from the market, and beat up a butter stick at a red light.
I hopped back in the car and blasted "Bad Boys" on the radio...

For comparison, this is what actual passion looks like.

Well, there it is. The boss got slapped for insulting attorney Crnić... and this is just getting started. We have to stay confident.

Someone is getting absolutely wrecked here—based on the sheer scale of the fine this jerk received, it looks like his daily take-home pay is roughly $122, which puts his monthly salary at about $3667.

From what I recall—and I think it’s officially listed somewhere—that’s actually about right for his pay... 😵 🤦

What can you really say? He’s just being frugal. There are plenty of people in this country living quite modestly—vacation homes, luxury apartments, penthouses, private wine cellars, Bentleys... honestly, who are we to judge someone for watching their pennies? It’s entirely doable.
