For a few days now, certain idiots have been acting like they know everything, posting pictures from Malibu, grinning ear to ear while everyone around them offers congratulations, and they just sit there laughing, but whatever. Everyone was involved in planning that massive away trip to San Diego... maybe not every single person in the hardcore fan groups, but most fans—certainly most of those around me—after decades of watching every single management board screw over the team and fight with the club legends, haven't actually changed their core stance; they would still give everything for the man in charge at Real Madrid. That’s about the level of consciousness, whether we're talking about fan loyalty or the general mindset of the majority of people in this region who feel the need to push this opinion onto us.
It’s just stupid to call out the boss regarding the money; sure, in a different era, he would have been taken down much harder, but he’d be right here with us too, because we’ve all gone soft. Now, everything stays at the level of verbal outbursts because everyone is fully aware of the consequences if someone actually tries to make a radical move, so everyone keeps their mouths shut. Imagine attacking the boss—you’d probably end up doing time. And if you actually hurt him badly, you might even face the death penalty.
Because you simply aren't allowed to hit the boss. 🤦 I swear, if he were cursing me out on Christmas, someone like Kroos would have laid him out immediately and beaten him like a stray cat. I’d love to see Joe Frazier in action like that. 🎉
The vast majority of people around here admire the boss, but then again, the majority of people in New York also admire guys like him or the old mayor, so you end up in the same place. We act like we're somehow superior, always carrying this arrogant attitude that frankly makes me sick. We aren't any better than them; if anything, we're worse because we admire this absolute mess that plays us for fools and humiliates us constantly. The whole city is full of fools who look up to these clowns; even Obama could walk in here and you'd see him win the elections in NYC easily. But what are we even talking about? Attacking these idiots is pointless because we have plenty of our own garbage in our own backyard, enough to choke on with the stench it produces.
If we were actually smart, we would have maintained that level of intensity from back in the day when we used to collectively tear into the boss after every game; I don't know why that campaign died out, but it was incredible, the whole scene breathing as one against the mafia. Now, we're just staring at each other through sights, sniping one another, and in doing so, we're just helping the boss's crew stay in power. Oh well, I suppose we'll get a reality check eventually. When trouble finally hits us hard, we’ll all suddenly become very smart again.
