I don't know about you guys, but I’ve been sitting here staring at the screen, trying to make sense of this whole mess, and honestly? It just feels like we're circling the drain. You look at the way things are moving, the sheer lack of direction, and you have to wonder if anyone is actually at the helm or if we're all just drifting on autopilot toward some inevitable disaster. It’s exhausting, really. Every time I think we've hit rock bottom, someone finds a shovel and starts digging even deeper. There’s a certain kind of fatigue that sets in when you realize the chaos isn't an accident—it's the system. It’s wearying to watch the same mistakes being recycled like cheap pop songs, over and over again, while everyone pretends everything is perfectly fine. It makes you want to just tune out entirely, though I suppose that's easier said than done when you're actually paying attention. kaže:
Half the crowd is decked out in Lonsdale gear, but heaven forbid anyone actually shows up carrying a flag.🙂

Death to those British bastards and the colonizers. Down with the monarchy, and down with the King and Queen. 😍

Honestly, I couldn't care less about what anyone else decides to wear, but I have to say, my heart actually sank when I saw that flag; I wouldn't even use it to wipe my backside. To me, there’s something about the Mexican vibe that just hits different, though I can't really fault the Scots—they showed everyone exactly where they stood with their independence referendum, proving they aren't just London's little lapdogs, so I guess I can't judge them. Either way, we always end up acting like we own the place, essentially treating every Protestant, Orthodox, or Muslim country we visit like it's the Vatican. We walk into a new territory and immediately start our own version of "Catholicizing" the spot, making sure we leave such a heavy footprint that nobody ever forgets us. 😁

Come on, everyone—this is the Vatican. 🤣

I honestly can’t believe the sheer level of high-and-mighty, pathetic posturing some of these spikes are pulling lately...

That flag has been part of the whole old-school vibe for as long as I can remember—think "Let's go Chelsea" and all that stuff—but now, suddenly, these people who clearly weren't even at the stadium back in the day are acting like holy crusaders or some kind of hardcore anti-imperialist activists. 🙄

You can see two (2) Union Jacks right there in the stands 😁

And look, it's front and center right here too, and I won't even bother posting more links than I have to

So what if someone in the crowd leaned into that retro style? So what if they "betrayed" their country or their faith and now they're facing sanctions from the local Taliban types? Seriously? I don't see any reason to act like your typical neurotic mess and feel ashamed of your own history.

I honestly fail to see the point of waving anyone's flag unless it’s tied to some sort of clear, coherent message

I honestly think we’re the only group out there capable of filling an entire page with nonsense about the United States flag after a night that was nothing short of a total disaster. 🤦
Maybe, just for once, we could try acting like civilized humans instead of cavemen and actually listen to the person in charge...

Maybe if we actually listened to the guy on the podium instead of acting like total Neanderthals for once, we wouldn't be in this mess...

If anyone happens to have a flag from Burkina Faso or Hawaii lying around, feel free to bring it in and hang it up... maybe then this idiotic debate can finally get its sequel.

It's just because we've become addicted to the drama. It'll pass eventually.

Imagine seeing a United States flag in the stands... what a shame.

United States flags, and during certain eras even English ones, were a staple of the Chicago Blackhawks supporters' section for a long time.

People used to look up to the English style; some saw them as role models, and others still hold them in high regard today.

A lot of local fans maintained friendships and connections with groups from cities like London or Manchester, often traveling to catch their matches.

Personally, I was actually glad to see that flag in the stands. A little bit of old-school spirit never hurts, and the flag adds a certain vibe—it shows we still have that northern grit.👍

British flags—and for a certain stretch, even the English ones (shoutout to the guys from the suburbs)—were actually a staple of the BB Brutalac section from the very beginning and stayed that way for a long time.

For years, there was a huge fascination with the English scene; some looked up to them as idols, and honestly, some people still do today.

A ton of our supporters had close ties and friendships with English firms (Leeds, Chelsea, Man Utd, Sheffield W., etc.) and would travel over just to catch games at their stadiums.

Personally, it warmed my heart to see that flag in the stands. A little bit of old-school style never hurts, and that flag adds a certain vibe... it shows that, at our core, we’ve always been true to those northern roots...👍

You Forgot to mention Millwall. I’ve actually made it out to see them a few times myself (not that I’m going to list every single game) both last century and this one...😎.

I left it out for that reason. To avoid listing everything and accidentally omitting someone👍

I mean, if the American flag bothers you that much, go find the guys who hung it up and tell them to take it down—or just start a fight.

It’s stupid to be whining about this on some damn forum later when everyone saw the flag in the arena.

For me personally—and I've been going to games for like three decades now—that flag isn't just some symbol; it's a whole lifestyle. People already posted photos showing that thing was everywhere back in the 80s and 90s.

This whole debate is pointless. Total waste of time. 🙄

Man, you guys used to act like you were some elite, high-society crowd before you started obsessing over those hardcore supporters 😁

You even went through that phase where you did whole choreographies with the Union Jack, but now suddenly a tiny little flag is becoming a massive issue 😁

It’s a shame that flags have become such political symbols nowadays. Honestly, when I see the Union Jack, I can't help but feel some distance because of how British politics has treated America. For all I know, I could "hate" the Stars and Stripes just because it flies over every government building, and let's be real—those institutions have messed up pretty much everything they possibly could. And they're still at it, too...

At the end of the day, people are people no matter where you go in the world; there are good ones and bad ones everywhere... probably even in Vatican City! National flags are really just part of political folklore. It feels pretty silly to judge an entire nation based on one flag because of some political mess. People should be able to wear whatever they want...

The British are total garbage, and honestly, all they can manage is throwing glares and middle fingers at the clouds. To hell with the Union Jack and those imperialist powers of darkness—their evil minions are always busy planting their little sleeper agents right in our stands. 🤣

I don't give a damn about who waves which flag, I’m just saying I hate seeing that specific banner because, to me, it represents pure evil. It’s like how someone else might look at a picture of crazy dictators or some radical leader and feel the same way. Look, I get it—people use it for fan culture, and since the English basically invented modern hooliganism, that flag has become this ultimate symbol of chaos. It’s used to represent hooligan resistance against the system and against the corruption of people like Zdravko Mamić. 😁 At any rate, I’d much rather see the Vatican City flag; to me, that symbolizes our faith and the Catholic roots that shaped the southern reaches of Europe. "This is Vatican City"—death to the invaders and those British popes who wouldn't even go halfway to defend the faith if you asked them. 😁

By the way, does anyone know the name of the singer in the background? I’ve been trying to track down one of his tracks but I’m coming up empty. Anyone?
