Jesse Campbell, you've been blowing this horn for years about one member, one vote, and telling everyone for months that the Inspector General would back that up. Not explicitly, sure, but they'll mandate elections where every single member can vote and run for office. You keep acting like it's a done deal. This ruling has nothing to do with that. This ruling is a joke. I don't know if it's more pathetic or hilarious that ZZD is actually bragging about this total loss.
Where does it say only five commissioners are chosen that way? We pick ten now, not five. (That just shows how cluelessly uninformed you are and why talking to you is a waste of time)
Once you show me where that's written, I'll show you where this is: The appeal is valid
It's not gonna say in the ruling: "Head, you're cooked, screw you, one member, one vote, man."
And what you conveniently forgot to mention is that before any democratic elections happen, the ruling states members have to be notified. Basically, nobody can pull a fast one or lie about the numbers and details yet.
Bottom line: a private club that was hiding its bylaws from its members (name one other club or association in the US that hides its bylaws from its own people) now actually has to keep its members informed and answer their questions.

A massive fan and an even better human just passed. Always had that smile, always stayed positive, lived for Dinamo, and had a heart you just don't see much anymore.
He was the blueprint for what a real supporter looks like—someone who actually understood the grind and rode with Dinamo until the very end.
Total heartbreak. 😢
Rest easy, Tom.

Jesse Campbell said:Where on earth does it say only five trustees are elected that way? Even now, they elect ten instead of five. (That just goes to show how fundamentally uninformed you are and why having a discussion with you feels totally futile.)
And once you actually point out where that’s written, I’ll be more than happy to show you where this is written: The appeal is valid.
I mean, let's be real—it's not going to say in the official ruling, "Hey Boss, you're done, we're throwing in the towel, one member, one vote, whatever, man."
Also, what you seemingly happened to overlook is that prior to these democratic elections, the ruling explicitly states that members must be notified. So, nobody can just act like the landlord isn't watching and start lying about the numbers and the specifics.
In short, a private club that used to hide its own bylaws from its members (give me one more example of a private social club or a non-profit here in the States that hides its charter from its members!) must now actually inform its members about its operations and answer their questions.
Now, look, at the very beginning, I said, "I think it's five," so I wasn't even claiming to know the exact number of trustees prescribed by the bylaws as members of Congress. I know there were five before, then they changed things, etc... and now I'm hearing it's ten. Fine, my mistake! But the point remains that it doesn't change the core issue. It's still just ten people out of eighty members of Congress, and that's assuming all ten are on our side, which, let's face it, is impossible. So, there is absolutely NO actual fulfillment of the obligation to hold elections where every single member can both vote and run for office, despite how much you've been harping on about it. Now you're moving the goalposts. As for that whole thing about being notified, you can basically forget about it; they can easily keep dodging that because there's no specific rule dictating exactly *how* they have to notify the members. And honestly, what does it matter if the appeal was found to be valid? They could just receive a ruling from a local Court a few weeks from now saying the appeal was NOT valid, and then what? It's like a gym teacher trying to argue against a Supreme Court ruling. It's frankly quite silly to claim these kinds of rulings are some sort of massive victory.

My heart goes out to his family and the whole crew from Brooklyn who stood by Tom's side through everything.
Rest in peace, my friend.
Rest in peace, my friend.

I know it used to be fewer than five, then they changed things, etc. Now I'm hearing it's ten—fine, my mistake—but the point remains: it changes nothing. We're still talking about just 10 out of 80 members of Congress, and that's assuming all ten are actually our people, which is a fantasy. There is absolutely no obligation here to call an election where everyone can vote and run for office, despite how much you've been harping on about it. You're moving the goalposts now. As for this whole "transparency" argument, you can forget about it; they can easily dodge that because there isn't a single rule dictating how they have to notify the members. And what does it matter if an appeal was found to be valid? They can just point to a Court ruling from a few weeks ago stating the appeal was invalid, and we're right back where we started. It's like watching a gym teacher try to argue against a Supreme Court ruling. It’s honestly ridiculous that you're framing these kinds of outcomes as some sort of victory.
Why the sudden outburst? You sound a little too invested in this for my liking.

May you find peace in this great American land, Tom. If he isn't a Bad Boy, then just show me a picture of some kid playing the drums.

Tom, I bet things look a whole lot better from where you're sitting than they do down here...

RIP. What a total sweetheart and a ray of sunshine. The whole family and the crew from Brooklyn are feeling this one deeply.

It’s honestly pathetic how much this guy is losing his mind—just a complete joke. You’ve got those losers from up North acting like they own the place just because they’re wearing some cheap Omega knockoff, yet the very same people backing them up wouldn't know what real loyalty looks like if it hit them in the face. They're nothing but frauds. 🤷

This white banner from the soccer club reminds me of a mini version of that massive one from ten years ago... I had no idea the new Bad Boys were hanging out with the North Stand crowd now too...
I knew Tom, rest in peace... and unfortunately, the whole group is following in his footsteps.

Tom, man, you've got it easy living in the land of opportunity.
If you’re talking about getting rid of those guys from the North, then yeah, I'm with you. But if you mean wiping out the Bad Boys? No way. What kind of party would it even be without us? 🤣 We're actually heading in the right direction. The average age of the crowd in the stands is finally creeping up 😍. This picture really says it all 😉

These whiners are a joke. I caught a glimpse of them heading home, and honestly, it was just pathetic. A bunch of kids, some drunks wearing '75 vintage jerseys, a few slackers hanging around them... it's laughable.

The main thing is that people actually recognize them and show up with support—there are thousands of them out there... 🤣
Yet some people are still acting like they run the show online 😍
Once they get kicked out of the union, they’ll be history

It isn't actually new 😉 this is just a rag that hasn't been seen in the stands for years, or perhaps it's just a replica of the original.
