Just wanted to say something to those guys traveling through four different states, driving hundreds of miles toward us—bringing axes and hammers to play tough. Maybe they should remember what happens when people actually know how to handle themselves. They're just a bunch of cowards.
Basically, you guys showed up armed to the teeth after hiding out in Warsaw, only rolling into Vilnius on the day of the game. You knew just as well as we did that your chances of passing through there without a confrontation were slim to none. That’s probably why there was a welcoming committee at the city limits—security guards and two SWAT officers from the local police, all geared up with rifles and tactical gear. It was pretty obvious you weren't getting into town with weapons.
You guys armed yourselves because you were terrified of us, secretly hoping maybe a riot would break out just to give everyone a reason to back off. If you actually had any nerve, you would've arrived a day early, just like we always do. We show up openly, ready for whatever, every single time.
And honestly, the most unsettling part for me was watching you guys trickle down from the stands right before kickoff to have these little "private" chats with Jerry Maguire's personal associate. I'd be careful who you trust—half the city, including the local gangs and even the Riot Squad, has some history with that guy. I've heard plenty of people swear they were on good terms with him, and those are the same people I'm hesitant to mention here.
There are really two points to my post. First, by arming yourselves and hiding out in Warsaw until the last minute, you basically admitted how scared you are. Second, you might want to think twice about who you're hanging out with. Some people see an axe or a hammer and it just makes them more ready to go.
Anyway, I felt like I had to get that off my chest, though I mostly agree with everyone else saying it isn't even worth giving airtime to traitors.
