There were honestly so many incredible bands that shaped my childhood and followed me all the way through my early twenties, and I still find myself circling back to them today. I’m talking about legends like Queen, Talking Heads, Guns N' Roses, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, The Beach Boys, The Doors, Madonna, The Beatles—especially during that era with Whitney Houston—plus Guns N' Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers, R.E.M., and so on... I still listen to most of them constantly.
But my very first, and by far greatest, love was the incomparable EKV 😍
Just thinking back, Honey-Colored Eyes was such an absolute obsession for me at one point, I actually went out and bought three different vinyl copies just because of that one song...
