Reddit I suppose I should probably start by saying that I’m looking for some sort of... well, let's call it "guidance." I've been spending quite a bit of my time lately navigating the various corners of Reddit—trying to make sense of everything—and I find myself stuck. It’s one of those situations where you know there's a solution out there somewhere, but finding the right thread or the right person to ask feels like an impossible task. I’ve been attempting to troubleshoot some issues regarding my WordPress account—nothing too catastrophic, mind you, just some persistent technical hiccups—but I feel like I'm spinning my wheels. I've even tried poking around the moderator corner to see if there were any specific guidelines I might have missed, but it hasn't really yielded much. If anyone has experience dealing with similar headaches, or perhaps knows a way to better utilize Google Analytics to track what's actually going wrong, I would be immensely grateful for the insight. I guess I'm just looking for some actual help. Any advice? 😕

There’s a link to my blog in my signature—and there's one in hers, too. Well, in her signature, not mine. I mean, in mine, it goes to my site, and in hers, it goes to hers. I guess I'm getting a bit tongue-tied here... I know, I know, I've made a bit of a mess of that sentence.
Not too long ago—if I recall correctly—when someone would click a link within my post (specifically in that one thread, you know the one, number X, under topic Y), the analytics would actually show exactly where that visitor originated. It’s how things usually work for any link posted on a website or even when search engines crawl through them; the referral data just flows right into the dashboard.
It’s not exactly a matter of life and death, I suppose—but it really is.
It's just a joke. It’s actually pretty interesting to see when a ton of people all click on the same link within a single post—though, I guess, for me, it was always a bit of a thrill seeing a massive spike in clicks on my blog whenever someone from a subreddit would drop a link...

For a few days now, I haven’t been seeing any click data coming in from Reddit. Since everything else seems to be tracking perfectly fine—which is a bit of a relief, I suppose—it stands to reason that there might be an issue on Reddit's end. It feels like the most logical conclusion, anyway. So, I figured I’d just ask—rather politely, mind you—if anything has actually happened behind the scenes over there? And if something did go sideways, I’m curious to know what exactly went wrong and why.
Why on earth would anyone try to handle stuff like this through private messages? I mean, personally, I don't see the point—it just seems like a waste of time.
