Just gotta make it through tomorrow, then Monday morning comes and I finally get this mold removed. FINALLY.
It’s driving me insane already—the edge near my forehead is starting to peel up, so I had to slap another Band-Aid on there just to hold it. I can't wait to see what my nose actually looks like; the nerves are absolutely killing me.🙂

Does anyone know anything about Dr. Nino Vidas over at the Medico clinic in Miami?

I don't want to spend all day digging through this forum since there are way too many pages, but from what I've skimmed so far, there’s zero mention of him. Their procedure prices start at $7,000 and go up to $3000, which makes me wonder why people are paying double that elsewhere just to turn around and complain about the results.

Just because a surgeon charges more doesn't mean they're better or that they'll give you a perfect result; everyone makes mistakes, including them.
All that glitters isn't gold.🙂

Has anyone here actually worked with him, or does anyone know another doctor in that price range who won't charge an absolute fortune?

I've got some work ahead of me because my left nostril isn't functioning right—it's broken and basically needs to be reduced by nearly half.😁

Thanks in advance for any info!

The mold is finally off! I almost collapsed right there in the clinic, lol. My nose looks gorgeous, though honestly, it’s barely recognizable right now. All those asymmetries are gone—no more bumps or unevenness. It’s technically a perfect little nose, but when you pair it with swollen cheeks, dark circles under the eyes, and that puffiness between the brows, it’s a pretty bizarre sight in the mirror at first glance.
I’m just counting down the days until the swelling subsides and everything settles, but man, the nose itself? Absolutely perfect.

Ugh, I can't stop staring at myself in the mirror.😁
I’m seriously hoping the swelling on the bridge of my nose doesn't get out of hand or permanently change how I look. I want to keep my current profile exactly as it is—as long as this stuff just settles around the base of my nose and moves toward my cheeks.🙂

I’m really hoping the swelling right on the bridge of my nose doesn't get too out of hand. I’d hate for the way I look now to actually change permanently; I'm perfectly happy with how things look at this moment. If only the swelling would just migrate toward the base of the nose and spread out toward the cheeks instead. 🙂

Where did you end up having your surgery?

I’m really crossing my fingers that the swelling right on the bridge of my nose isn't too extreme and won't permanently change how I look. I love how everything looks right now—I just hope the swelling stays localized there and spreads toward the bridge and cheeks instead. 🙂

My cheeks and the bridge of my nose were absolutely huge at first, too, but that swelling goes down incredibly fast. 😉 Glad you're happy with the results!

Hey, it's me again. This lump in my nose just won't budge, and I happened to stumble upon this article about it.
http://www.fauquierent.net/turbinatereduction.htm

In my case, it looks like something somewhere between moderate and severe turbinate hypertrophy. Does anyone have experience with how they fix this? My English isn't quite sharp enough to fully wrap my head around everything in this article.

Dr. Toncic handled my surgery—he's the younger one. 🙂

Thanks, I hope so. 😉 I'm actually really happy with this!

crimsonpanther8, let me know how it feels!
I'm still riding this massive high 😍
even if it's clearly swollen.

Go with Dr. Ostojica. I had both my nose and my breasts done by him and he’s honestly incredible. Zero complaints on my end.🙂

Greetings.
I underwent surgery with this doctor myself, and I have absolutely nothing positive to say about her. The procedure wasn't even particularly complex, yet she turned it into such a mess through pure negligence that I had to undergo a corrective surgery afterward. Even that didn't go smoothly, as the other surgeon spent the entire time fixing her botched work instead of performing the actual procedure I requested—but he couldn't keep me under general anesthesia any longer...
A warm recommendation: stay away.

Hello everyone, hope you're all doing well!😉
I have a quick question for the group. I was recently recommended to see Dr. Pegan over at the Vinogradska hospital for a secondary rhinoplasty, so I was wondering if anyone here has any insight or experiences regarding him;
also, just to reiterate my previous inquiry, has anyone had surgery at the Gulić clinic? I'm feeling a bit hesitant about making a final choice because, well, my gut instinct definitely led me astray last time.😢

Also, I’ll ask again: has anyone had surgery at the Gulić clinic? I'm hesitant to commit to anyone right now, since my gut instinct clearly led me astray last time...😢

Now I have a question of my own. Is it actually possible to get a secondary rhinoplasty covered by Medicare? They’ve tightened up the rules on almost every medical service lately, so most things aren't covered anymore, regardless of whether you have supplemental insurance...
How does one request a reconstruction? For me, this would be the third time... 🙂

I suppose I'm wondering how one would even go about requesting a reconstructive procedure. For me, this would technically be my third time going under the knife.🙂

Oh man, I am so incredibly sorry to hear that. If you don't mind me asking, who was the surgeon that performed your second procedure?
