Just wondering how 😕 🤷
Violations of the Association Law:
Art. 6, Sec. 1, 3: "The internal structure of an association must be based on principles of democratic representation and the democratic expression of the will of its members."
- The Bylaws don't allow for any actual democratic mechanisms where all members can express their will or run for office, which is a mandatory requirement under the law. Take Dinamo's Bylaws, for example (Art. 29: "The General Assembly consists of 80 members chosen by the previous General Assembly upon the proposal of the Executive Board"). It’s basically a closed loop. Instead of being accountable to the members, the Executive Board picks the people who then pick the new members, the Chairman of the Executive Board, and the rest of the IO. Then the IO picks the Management. The law says the Bylaws should organize democratic representation, not provide a loophole to dodge it.
- They’re also ignoring Section 9, Sec. 2 of the Association Law, which states: "An association ensures its members are informed about the association's work in accordance with its general acts." This is a right guaranteed by the Bylaws too (Dinamo Bylaws, Art. 13, stating "club members have the right to be timely informed about the work of the club and its bodies, as well as material—financial operations"). Yet, audit reports or breakdowns of income and expenses—especially since this club is funded by public money and state-owned corporate sponsorships—aren't being sent to members or even made available to the public.
- This directly contradicts Art. 11, Sec. 3, which requires the Bylaws to handle the election, removal, powers, decision-making processes, and mandates for all association bodies. The Bylaws don't actually include provisions for removing Management (like the Executive Vice President and the CEO); instead, Art. 44 illegally claims that "Provisions regarding the terms under which the Executive Vice President and CEO are appointed and removed shall be further regulated by a decision of the Executive Board."
- Another violation of the mandatory Art. 11, Sec. 3, Para. 7, which dictates that the Bylaws MUST contain provisions for the dissolution of the association. Because of this omission, the administrative body should refuse registration.

That’s the only thing actually taking flight.
They’re throwing chairs and tables from just a few feet away.
And now, in today's fan culture, they call this a "riot." It's a disgrace. Just like those guys who wear four stripes on their jackets just to throw rocks at a rival group from ten yards out, or those idiots tossing stones from the grass up into the stands. That’s the peak of our supporter scene. Then, as soon as someone actually dies, everyone starts posting "RIP." Doctors show up to funerals, offering condolences to families and friends... but nobody says anything while the chaos is happening. There's too much of this nonsense. I shouldn't have clicked on this video.

And now, in today's "fan culture," people call this a riot. It’s pathetic—just like those idiots who wore four stripes on their gear just to hurl rocks at a rival group from ten yards out, or those clowns tossing stones from the grass onto the bleachers the other day. That’s the peak of our fan scene: everyone stays quiet until someone actually dies, then suddenly everyone's posting "RIP," acting like saints at the funeral, offering condolences to families and friends... meanwhile, nobody said a word when the chaos was happening. There's too much of this crap. My bad, I shouldn't have linked this video.
Sorry, but what has actually changed in the last 25 years?

Exactly. Nothing has changed, and nothing will change in the future.☕
It turned out well here; you never know how much someone can actually know...

So that’s how you "fight for the good of the scene," right? Is that how we fight for soccer too—by asking "what's changed lately..." and deciding there's no point even trying? 🙂
The issue is intelligence—or the lack thereof. People think this kind of behavior is some ultimate solution just because it fits the mindset of certain groups who would probably do the exact same thing... basically, everyone's a coward. It's all about playing nice until things get real, then they take the path of least resistance—which is usually the peak of stupidity (since nobody actually gives a damn about them anyway). And you know what? No one in their own circle will say a word about it, even though they'll bark at every single rival. So, you've got cowards on one side and pure hypocrisy on the other. 🙄
He's talking about the stone-throwing 'mistypanther20' mentioned, not the video where the equipment gets trashed.

I suspect you’d be the first one jumping into a brawl with the Lech fans, or perhaps they'd be coming for you first.🙄

hiddenridge99 said:This is just ridiculous...
What makes it ridiculous?
Did we run away from a group that would have absolutely demolished us in an open field?
Did we stand our ground on their turf and fight with everything we had?
We weren't even evenly matched—we were outnumbered, half-drunk, and facing off against guys who are trained, ripped, and actually ready for this. Did we back down? No.
And did we show up at the same spot the next day to demand a rematch? Of course we did.
It wasn't just shoving, either. Once things got heated, the punches started flying, and it wasn't just in the center; people were getting hit left and right. It was a full-on brawl.
The worst part is seeing people comment on this who wouldn't last two seconds in a scrap like that. You probably don't even realize that after several "negotiations" with the locals when we finally had enough, they told us to meet them a few hundred yards away from the town square, away from the cops and the cameras... so we did. We waited for a bit, but they never showed. They were waiting for a good chunk of our crew to split off, tired from working the fields all day, hoping to catch us when we were spread thin.

Someone needs to hit these losers with a permanent ban already.
If they aren't doing anything useful, at least don't let them hide behind a username like hiddenridge99.

boldtiger7 said:So, if you had to make a call, would you be the first one to throw hands at Lech, or would you wait for them to swing first?🙄
The issue isn't really about Lech; it’s more about why our players seem to struggle against teams from all over Europe—whether they're playing against anyone from the North America or beyond. Why does it feel like we can't maintain that intensity? If we want to get better, we have to be honest with ourselves: there just isn't enough high-level, physical contact in our domestic scene to prepare us for the real grind. We need to look the truth right in the eye, don't we?

The issue is intelligence. People think following the crowd is some brilliant move because they assume other groups will act the same way... basically, everyone's a coward. They overcompensate until it’s time to actually stand up for something, and then they take the path of least resistance—which is usually just pure stupidity since nobody gives a damn about them anyway. Good grief, I'm not a UFC fighter. I go to games to cheer for my club and the national team, grab a drink, and mess around. If someone jumps me, yeah, I'll fight back. That's not happening in the stands unless the stadium is sitting in the middle of some massive field. And I haven't seen a stadium like that yet.
I'm never showing up with bats or knives because I'm going to a game, not a war zone. But if I'm sitting at a bar having a beer and a mob decides to jump me, I'm definitely using whatever is within reach.
Back when I started going to games, BBB didn't even exist, let alone those Polish guys, Russians, random thugs, or trained fighters. You went for the club, not for some crew, riots, or chaos. Even today, I go for the club. If some trained 20-year-old attacks me while I'm just sipping a beer, I'm defending myself with whatever's nearby.
Amen.

Maybe this is off-topic, but I recall someone mentioning a few days ago that we lack strong support from "everyday" people.
I believe that alongside all the excellent legal groundwork being laid by the ZZD, they should launch a campaign to get everyone out to the stadium wearing jerseys. We need people packed into the east stands to stand with us in this fight for a better Real Madrid.
I remember a similar movement against Hamburger SV five years ago. It was a massive turnout, and honestly, seeing the entire city filled with people waving scarves was something special. That kind of energy lifts the spirit of both the city and Real Madrid.

Preach.
I get where you're coming from—but I'm not talking about some old footage or random inventory issues. I'm talking about people throwing rocks at unarmed fans—you know, when someone mentioned that "safety rail" thing. You can't just brush that off with some "well, things have changed over the last 25 years" nonsense—as if that makes it okay.
There, edited.☕

☕just editing my post
Look, fan fights are street brawls, not organized UFC matches between pros. Because they're messy, they always end up involving random junk—rocks, bottles, whatever. That's just how it's always been...
Honestly, I don't give a damn about the fights themselves. They aren't, and never were, the reason I lose sleep from excitement before a big game. But if I have to choose, I’d rather deal with the old-school grit from ten years ago than pretend we’re having these "civilized" fake fights that strip away the whole point of being a fan...
Obviously, you gotta be a decent human being first and a fan second. That means you don't smash a rock into someone's head while they're down on the pavement. You should always make sure a scrap doesn't turn into something that makes you regret ever being born. Whether you're the one swinging or the one getting hit...

Give the insults a rest, will you? Look... I wasn't actually there in Chicago, but based on everything I’ve heard—from actual eyewitnesses to the chatter on these forums—about how we absolutely dismantled them and walked away with the win, this whole argument is frankly ridiculous.
What analogheron19 is saying is spot on—we held our ground and we didn't flinch.
But then again, what Joseph Harris5 posted holds just as much weight.😉

But then again, what Joseph Harris5 posted is also true.😉
I haven't seen anyone talking about us totally crushing them or wiping the floor with them here.🤷
The reality is, we went into their backyard and walked away with a draw that was "rock solid."😁 In terms of momentum, that's basically the same thing as a narrow win for them.
It’s kind of like if a team like Everton managed to scrape a draw against a powerhouse in St. Louis.🙂

hiddenridge99 said:Chill out with the insults...I wasn't in Chicago. Honestly, after hearing all the talk from people I know and reading everything on the forums about how we absolutely crushed them and ran circles around them, seeing this is just hilarious.
analogheron19 is spot on. Truth. We held the line. We didn't run..
And the same goes for that post from Joseph Harris5.😉
🤦
Look, she told me to just pass that story on to someone else. I was actually out in Poland recently, but definitely not dealing with all that mess. As far as I know, analogheron19 already filled you in on everything.
Man, forget all that inventory talk and those fancy schemes. I’m with Jesse Campbell on this one—if things turn into a fan riot, then it’s a straight-up riot. Street fights break out, hands start flying, and everyone just grabs whatever they can get their hands on. It's messy as hell, and that's just how it goes.
Everyone’s acting like nothing is ever good enough lately. But honestly? Joseph Harris5 is right. Not everything he listed is true. Our away games and all that nonsense people say about us just dumping inventory—it’s BS. Look, we roll into your town, take over the square, grab some drinks, sing, mess around... if you come at us, we hold our own. We can handle ourselves on your turf, in your city. Period.🤷
Man, people love to claim we don't have any full-contact fighting going on here. That’s just straight-up wrong. Maybe you don't see much being posted on the forums, but that doesn't mean the scene isn't there. It exists. Period. 🤣
Forget all that talk about Poljak2 and those fields. I don't want any part of it. Just gonna say this: you can't beat trained UFC fighters. Training, lifting weights, jogging around their club... honestly, looks like their top priority in life. Pretty sure they even have their own hooligan league too.The ring is for the fighters. The fans belong in the stands—or at the local pub before the fight starts, so they can throw stuff.☕
