You get what I'm saying? It’s not enough to just kick a few people out from the top; you have to gut the whole thing and start over. It’s like when Mamic goes down—you can't just leave everyone who was cozying up to him in the front office, the board, the smuggling ring, or whatever else. You gotta clear them all out.

Obviously you have to purge everyone who was rubbing elbows with that guy. There's no way Mommy lets him mess things up while someone like Morana—who laughed in our faces a million times—or guys like Vrbanovic or Marcinko are still sitting right there in the club. ☕

I guess there are plenty of big fish involved, and they definitely have to prosecute some of them, that's obvious... but we all know how things work living here in the States, I suppose. 🙂

I think I see what you're getting at, it isn't really just about removing a few people from leadership positions, it feels more like everything needs to be cleared out from the ground up. It's kind of like when Mamic leaves, you probably need to get rid of everyone who was ever even remotely connected to him, whether they were part of the board, the management, or involved in smuggling or whatever else goes on...

🙂 🤦
It doesn't really work that way where you can just point at someone and say you're guilty and send them to prison, because, I guess, you actually need evidence for that. In any major investigation anywhere in the world, it seems impossible to catch every single person involved; it feels like you usually just end up sacrificing a few smaller players to protect the bigger ones. 🤷

Listen, folks, the whole system is a total mess... and honestly, unless we overhaul everything from the inside out—not just some superficial cosmetic fixes—there’s really no hope for America...

The Democrats have been in power for over a year now, right? Can anyone actually point to one single positive thing they've accomplished in all that time?

As far as I can tell, absolutely nothing. If the other hundred federal agencies haven't managed to move the needle on anything, why on earth would the Department of Sports suddenly take such a massive leap forward?

Believe me, the day they finally kick Mamic out of Dinamo, it’ll just be more window dressing... and that'll keep happening until the entire system and its core values change. And that won't happen until a hundred thousand people are out in the streets making things heat up, and everyone who's been stuck in politics for the last 25 years is finally forced out...

Check out this documentary. It doesn't have much to do with us, but it actually carries some huge 😉

Austin Collins6 said:Look, mate, last summer you were swearing up and down he’d be gone by August, then by October, then by New Year's. It’s mid-March now. You keep saying "he’ll leave"—well, yeah, everyone leaves eventually. If nothing else happens, he'll die one day, that's a given.

You really think Johnson is gonna kick him out of Dinamo or ban him from sports? Mamic is literally calling him names in the news, calling him a coward... in what freaking country does that happen? You can't say he isn't scared when they're mocking him like that...

And this "inspection" nonsense... the best that happens is they might force Dinamo to tweak some minor details in their bylaws, or slap them with a $10$0.00 fine for whatever. We all know who Zdravko Mamic is and the kind of grip he has on the courts, politics, and the police... and you actually believe some pathetic little sports inspectors are going to boot Mamic from Dinamo?😂 There's way too much cash on the table here. You're being naive, probably watched too many movies where some honest guy takes down a mafia controlling the whole city (thank God there are movies like that🙂).

Most people see through it—this is just tilting at windmills. And that's exactly why fans are slowly trickling back to the stands. Eventually, people will just accept things as they are (again) and go back to the old, easy way: show up to the game, grab a beer, shout, swear, yell "Dinamo are champs," blah blah blah. Just remember what I told you.

Just listen to me, because I've been right about everything. You guys were also saying the Bad Boys had folded and all that crap, and then within a day and a half, after a few SMS messages, the stands were back up. The Bad Boys didn't fold, and they never will.

As for a specific exit date, that's just forum trolling. He’ll leave when the legal conditions are met. Personally, I think that'll be soon. You're free to disagree. I couldn't have predicted exactly when the inspectors would start working, but I knew that once those two emergency laws passed on July 15th, something would finally move. You guys laughed at me and denied reality. Shout out to the exceptions.

But maybe you guys aren't as deep in this as I am, so you don't realize how much everything shifted in just two and a half years. Mamic used to be so untouchable we couldn't even get our hands on the club's bylaws. Seriously, you couldn't access the damn bylaws. The most basic stuff was off-limits. He was totally covered by the Government, the ministries, and the City under Bandic. It was straight out of an American movie about gangsters who've bribed every living soul.

Now, it's not even that he's not covered—it's that there's a Minister who set up a department specifically to come after him. They have multiple levels and they're looking for trouble. Plus, and this went mostly unnoticed, he's being squeezed from five other directions. They introduced fiscal controls, hit him with massive taxes, and now he's paying on all his profits. You know what that means for someone who's only there for the money?

That's why Zdravkec is twitchy. That's why he talks about Johnson like he's some bloodthirsty Mexican with fangs. Because he's desperate and rattled. He knows his empire is crumbling. It worked before because everyone looked the other way while he pulled his stunts. Not anymore.

I agree with the last part: people need to get to the games, have a beer, make some noise. The top brass of the Bad Boys and ZZD did everything they could long ago (though maybe only five people actually know what went down), so now we just wait for the final win and get back to the matches. 🙂

The News will probably unlock those paywalled articles after 3 PM... For now, we just get this...

AZTN basically implied that Dinamo and Lokomotiva are actually just one single club! Smart move, right? Once we get the official report from AZTN, our Department will act according to its authority – says Johnson

a) Ljubo Pavasović Visković.
b) File a complaint with AZTN over the most trivial matter imaginable.
c) NH hasn't handled even 1/16th of our legal business.

If anyone is still confused about any of this, I suggest re-watching that garbage show they aired on Z1.

Keep going.

Mamic played it so slick yesterday—he basically reframed his entire grip on Dinamo as some kind of ideological crusade. And people? Most of them fell for it hook, line, and sinker because, let's face it, they're easy targets. The whole broadcast was scripted to look like this epic showdown: a self-made, successful businessman providing for families versus some politically charged bureaucrat like Johnson. Look, I’m not even a Republican, but I swear, the weakest link in our fight against Mamic is this current Government. They lack the basic moral backbone or any shred of honesty needed to actually take him down. Just remember—Johnson isn't going to be the one to topple him. The only way he goes is if the fans actually step up and make it happen.

People—most of them, really—are just buying it because they aren't really thinking. The whole show was scripted that way, and I guess that’s how he’ll play it from now on: framing it as this big clash between a successful businessman providing for families versus some politically biased bureaucrat like Johnson. I'm not even a Republican, but I honestly feel like the weakest link in our fight against Mamic is actually this current Government because they just don't have the moral backbone to take him down. Just remember, someone like Johnson isn't going to be the one to stop him. It's gotta be the fans stepping up and getting involved.

Look, I'm not a fan of this administration either, but it feels kind of silly to say that this government—which is actually doing something, unlike the previous ones that were basically protecting him—is the weakest link.

AZTN has indirectly concluded that Dinamo and Lokomotiva are essentially one and the same club! It's obvious to anyone paying attention. Once we receive the official AZTN report, our Ministry will act within its legal authority – says Johnson

Don't hold your breath waiting for Johnson to do it. Only the fans can actually make him move by staying loud and active.

Exactly. He even showed up at a Republican rally just to play the victim and act like he's being persecuted for being an American. I wouldn't say everyone is brainless, though. Sure, the crowd watching Z1 and those trashy shows might fall for it, but most people see right through the act. After everything we saw this fall at the Lokomotiva stands, there's zero doubt left...

Plus, every decent poll out there shows Mamic has zero support in this City. Only an idiot would miss that point.

If anyone still doesn't get the picture, I suggest you go back and rewatch that absolute garbage show they aired on Z1.

Keep it up.

I'm going to have to disagree with you there.
It’s obvious that a "cartel" was impossible under the legal definition, but on the flip side, the control Real Madrid has over the Locomotives has been proven. That means this whole thing has to be handed over to the relevant federal department, and we'll see if they actually do their jobs for once. Now we wait to see what happens next.

On another note, I find it way more significant that Real Madrid is finally starting to act like a legitimate business entity. Even the IRS confirmed it this year by finally issuing the ruling that they’re required to pay corporate income tax.

Even failed legal moves are still steps forward. 😉

And Mamić is starting to act a little schizophrenic, which tells you everything you need to know. We're about to find out if we live in a country that actually respects its laws—even the ones that aren't life-or-death—or if we're just a nation where rules are applied selectively depending on who's sitting at the head of the table.

Personally, I'm a pessimist, but let's just wait and see.

The public made their choice clear. It’s in the stands, it's in the polls, even in those stupid online surveys. Doesn't matter how many clueless, naive folks are still out there.

But here's the kicker—they voted for him during the election.

Mamić is trying to spin it at the gala like he didn't pick Jovanović based on what the people wanted, but he's just a coward afraid of a real vote in his own club. He’s like any other dictator—surrounding himself with yes-men who tell him he's a genius. That kind of thing just doesn't fly in the 21st century...

- I’d give anything to see the Bad Boys back in the North Stand. If I could watch them cheering from the top of the North, I’d resign on the spot. I know plenty of people feel the same way, but I mean it—I’d step down even if Real Madrid ended up being six times worse than Hajduk is right now.

Yeah, that’s a massive loss for him that basically flew under the radar. And trust me, he's spent plenty of time banging his head against a wall inside that organization.

The idea that Jerry Jones is invincible is just another myth. Just like any other bullshit.

🤣 he’ll bail the second we move back to the North Stand 😂

Casey Gomez3 said:The Forbes exposé is just a distraction. All those professors who were taking kickbacks before the investigation are still doing it now. They’re completely unchecked.

First off, that's not how it works. Sure, maybe a few individuals are still taking bribes, but I know firsthand that this whole thing really shook the academic community. It's not just that they stopped taking money—some actually lost their jobs because of it. In this day and age, you can't afford to take that kind of risk. 😉
Second, the Forbes story itself isn't even the point here. My only goal was to show how quickly they could process hundreds of people, yet in Mamic's case, they can't even pin one guy down in a year and a half. I’m not just questioning the Secretary's competence; I'm suggesting there are deeper interests at play and that Mamic is woven into a much wider circle of influence than we realize. 🙂

@Alex Barrett3/">@@Alex Barrett3, you can look at it that way if you want to be optimistic, 🙂 but I refuse to wait around for Mamic to leave while we all sit here in doubt. This feels like a scenario where politics or public pressure will eventually force him to step down himself just to avoid prison, which to me is just a cop-out. I don't want Mamic walking away from American soccer in his Bentley; I want him gone in handcuffs.
Because what does it matter if he calls a press conference tomorrow, pulls an act like George W. Bush, and announces he's leaving the sport? Nothing. He'll just retreat into the shadows to handle shady management deals, staying close to Tony Hawk and Vrbanovic (who have the Secretary's blessing 🤦), leaving his octopus-like grip deep within American soccer. We'll be right back where we started.
If Mamic leaves tomorrow but Suker and Vrbanovic stay behind, then American fans and Jovanovic haven't achieved anything at all. I hope that's clear to everyone.

It wouldn't be nothing. By leaving the Los Angeles Lakers, his "golden geese" would go with him, and he'd lose the massive influence that landed him where he is in American soccer today. Honestly, if he goes, a lot of the others will lose their grip too. At the end of the day, we have to start somewhere... we have to clear out the top first. The fish stinks from the head down!
