I’ve got an HP LaserJet Pro.
And let me tell you, the OEM toner is absolutely extortionate. We even tried picking up some third-party stuff recently and even that felt like a massive rip-off...
Are there actually any budget-friendly options out there that won't completely wreck the machine? And where can I actually find them without getting scammed?

First off, you totally missed the mark on where to post this—there’s actually a specific sub-forum just for computer peripheral stuff if you want to find people who know their way around hardware.
Second, just a heads-up, it isn't an ink issue, it's the toner.
And honestly, you can either just grab some generic replacement cartridges online or hit up a local print shop to get yours refilled... there are plenty of places that handle that kind of thing. ☕

Secondly, it's not ink inside there, it's toner.
And yeah, you can just buy generic cartridges online, or find a local shop that handles refills... plenty of businesses out there do it. ☕

And here I was thinking we were at a bakery...
If you aren't going to actually answer the question and help me out, then don't bother. You're just wasting my time and yours...

Hmm...😁
I've always grabbed my stuff from Office Depot and honestly, I’ve been pretty happy; I haven't run into any issues with their remanufactured toners. Usually, the price lands right around $50...☕
Or you could just check here...
