Honestly, there’s not much left to say about Charlotte—they’re just a total mess right now. On the flip side, you've got the Bulls, who I'm thinking might actually be the best squad in the league at this point. They just dropped their last home game against Washington, which was rough, but maybe they’ll finally vent some of that frustration on these Charlotte underdogs today... even if Rose and Deng might be out, I still think the rest of the Bulls roster will probably just cruise through this one...
Philly is sitting on three straight losses, and the Bucks are breathing down their necks, so they really need a win today. And where better to get it than against Cleveland? Those guys are struggling big time—lots of injury issues lately. I mean, yesterday after three quarters, they were down by like 50 points to a mediocre Detroit team, so there's no way a solid crew like Philly isn't going to handle them...

-Look, with Bargnani and Calderon out of the picture again, he’s basically being thrown right into the spotlight, isn't he? He’s been absolutely tearing it up lately, averaging 22.3 points over the last three games, and if you look at his head-to-head matchups, he’s been dropping about 25 points per game over the last five. It’s hard to bet against that rhythm!

-So, he went absolute beast mode yesterday, clocking nearly 40 minutes and putting up 29 points on just 14-20 shots, right? But realistically, what do you think happens next? I’m expecting him to see way less floor time today, which naturally means fewer opportunities to even take a shot. Plus, back when they played twenty days ago, he only managed 10 points, so the fatigue factor is real.

-Since Denver isn't exactly known for having a lockdown defense—I mean, come on, they're like Swiss cheese—I'm expecting him to just shred them. He seems to really thrive against opponents like this; he already dropped 25 and 36 in his last two outings, so why wouldn't he keep that energy going?

-Man, he was absolutely unconscious yesterday, putting up a massive 43 points! Honestly, it baffles me why they'd even lower the line when he's clearly in such peak form. I’m riding with the over here because without Allen in the mix, he’s got more room to run, and if Allen were playing, he’d probably be clearing this line easily anyway.

-He put up 21 points on 8-of-16 shooting against a tough Spurs squad yesterday, and that was even with him sitting out most of the fourth quarter! It’s a no-brainer that he hits at least that much against a weaker Warriors team, especially since he’s been missing Bryant for seven straight games now. Ever since Kobe’s been out, the guy’s been maintaining a solid 23.3 average.

Sticking with the same stake as yesterday, HL😉

It’s a damn shame DeRozan didn't keep up that insane pace from the previous couple of games🤷,which were honestly great performances, but hey, I totally missed the window on following them closely, didn't I?🤷

Everything's pretty much set—there aren't really any other main scoring options besides James, Bam, and Dwyane... so he’ll probably take way more shots than usual, which means anything but the over would be a total shock, I guess.

Without Kobe handling all the ball movement, things will definitely shift toward Gasol—especially with Bynum there—and he should get plenty of looks against these injury-riddled Warriors who can't really hold their own under the rim against the Lakers anyway.

The home team is out of the playoff hunt—everything left on their schedule is basically an exhibition series. Their only real objective now is climbing the draft lottery odds. Houston is right in the thick of the Western Conference playoff race; they hit a few bumps along the way, but there are no excuses tonight. Anything less than a win would be a massive disappointment.

Sure, they’ve got their third game in three days—but let’s be real—the "old guys" spent the entire last quarter resting last night, and they sat out the whole second half the night before.

Seems like a pretty obvious pick to me. New Orleans is absolutely gutted with injuries—they’ve been dealing with this all season long. They're missing Okafor, Kaman, Jack, and Ariza. Last season, even Gordon was out, and honestly, I have no clue what's going on with him lately. That's an entire starting lineup missing. In their last game, they barely scraped together 75 points against the Bobcats in what was a frankly embarrassing performance. Sure, they pulled off a surprise 13-point win over Memphis a couple of days ago, but don't let that fool you. The Grizzlies are definitely going to make them pay for that. Especially since Memphis is fighting for that 4th seed—and their schedule is looking perfect right now.

Charlotte-Chicago under 180.5./Charlotte under 83.5—let's go.
Charlotte is light years behind the rest of the league—especially without Maggette, Augustin, and Williams in the lineup. Sure, they might burst for 80 points here and there, but they aren’t going to touch the Bulls. Chicago is missing Deng and Rose, which is definitely going to hurt their offensive rhythm, but defensively? They should still be plenty solid. Especially after that massive embarrassment against the Wizards.

Warriors vs. Lakers — 2.1 for the Warriors. Taking it./Lakers (-6.5)
The Lakers got absolutely humbled last night—and if they actually want to hold onto a decent spot in the West, they cannot afford another massive stumble tonight. Golden State is also getting absolutely decimated by injuries. With Curry and Bogut already sidelined, and now Lee out for the rest of the season, it looks like Jefferson is sitting this one out too. That leaves them with basically nothing offensively besides Wright and Thompson, maybe some production from Robinson or Rush off the bench. Defensively? They’re non-existent. Look, I know the Lakers have been shaky on the road lately, but they seriously need to pull this one together.

Boston’s got some serious questions hanging over Rondo, Pierce, and Pietrus. With Allen—who’s definitely an OIT. Przybilla and Crawford are officially out in Portland., a Felton and Batum? I'm not buying it., a Houston's looking shaky—Camby and Dalembert both seem like massive question marks right now..
If they don't show up—they're done. Period. Dallas and Utah both pulling off wins—finally.If they play like that in Boston, they probably should be looking at the under 92.5. Honestly—you just have to wait for the official confirmation first.
