Rachel Fisher97 -----> I actually had my piercing removed just 10 minutes before surgery... You aren't even allowed to have nail polish on—and honestly, why? It’s one of those things they don't fully explain to you. 😉

Elizabeth Fox57 said:Yeah, nobody ever wants to admit they actually messed up... and even if they did, I honestly think they'd try to offer you some free secondary procedure or a cheap discount instead of just giving your money back... Still, I suppose it doesn't cost anything to ask...
Yeah, and I'm curious too about who this is... I mean, we're all here to help each other out with our experiences, right?
And there's one thing—it’s been 7 weeks since my surgery... am I allowed to use those acne-fighting face washes or creams yet???? My face has basically declared war on me.😉
boldgardener14 said:Hey everyone... I’m starting to panic a little because my surgery date is getting so close. I went in for consultations with both Borić and Kinčl, and in the end, I decided to go with Kinčl. I tried really hard to stay off the internet so I wouldn't freak myself out, but honestly, it was useless. I read something online today claiming Kinčl messed up some surgeries, and now I'm spiraling. Does anyone here actually have experience working with him?

I’m actually getting ready for my second nose job—fingers crossed this one goes way more smoothly than the first... I was wondering if anyone here has ever had to go through a revision surgery?
The surgeon who basically wrecked my nose is totally dodging any responsibility by making excuses—he keeps telling me, "Oh, you just have thick skin, I can't make it any smaller because of your body type" (since I'm about 5'7" and 110 lbs), and then claiming it'll take three years just to settle down. 🙂
There is absolutely no way I'm going back to him, so I wanted to see if you guys have any recommendations for a secondary rhinoplasty? Personally, I'm leaning toward Glumičić because I really love those dainty, narrow noses. 😍
Also, does anyone know if there's any hope that the doctor who "fixed" my nose will offer a partial refund, or at least admit that things didn't go as planned?
Susan Cooper23 said:The truth is, skin thickness matters. If you have thick skin, getting a super narrow nose is probably going to be tough.
Plus, it’s all about whether the shape actually fits your facial features. Some people look great with small, slim noses, and others just don't.
If you're seriously looking at revision surgery, I guess you should definitely consult with several surgeons to see who you vibe with best. Personally, I’d suggest Dr. Zambelli.
Betty Thompson45 said:I know I'll never get that super slim nose look—honestly, it’s not even the width that bothers me, it’s just that the tip stayed huge and one side of my nasal bone is totally flat while the other is just... bump-dent-bump... You know? Since I have a narrow face, it feels like my nose is basically taking up half my entire face right now! 😁
And if the lighting hits that bumpy side the wrong way, I look like someone actually snapped my nose in two pieces! 😲
Do you happen to know roughly what the prices are at Zambell's place?
Susan Cooper23 said:I paid $2,400 for the surgery. That includes staying overnight at their clinic. Zambell is extremely professional and highly capable. From my own experience, I can say patient satisfaction is his top priority. Actually, today marks exactly 6 months since the operation, and since I haven't made it back to San Francisco for a checkup yet (just haven't had the time to travel), Doctor called me yesterday to check on my breathing and see if I'm happy with the aesthetics. He’s realistic and down-to-earth—I'm emphasizing this because there are surgeons out there who are all sweet talk and self-praise, but their results are terrible, and you have to watch out for them. You shouldn't fall for pretty words; you need to focus strictly on the surgeon's actual results.
