Thanks stormyseal9 and Raymond Scott18. I think I'll drop Allen Iverson from the lineup and bump up my stake a little bit.

Look, don't take me too seriously right now because we all know there aren't any real rules in this game, but man, I really think Allen Iverson should go over, or at least I'm praying he does since I already put my money on 😍, but honestly? In my book, you shouldn't be dropping huge stacks on stuff like this, just throw down a little something where it doesn't hurt if you lose, anyway good luck to us all!🙂

Personally, I wouldn't drop a massive stack on it; just play it safe with something reasonable so it doesn't sting if it misses. Good luck.🙂

At the end of the day, someone can always have an off night if you're betting the over, or they can be feeling themselves if you're looking for the under. You never really know what's going to happen.

stormyseal9 said:If you ask me, the only thing making me hesitate on the under is Allen. I don't really care why people are picking the under since I haven't read anything about him being injured, and from what I've been following, he actually looked pretty solid coming into the season.

Injuries aren't always the deciding factor when you're looking at an under, though. In this case, it’s more about the hole left in the Brooklyn Nets' lineup tonight. They won't have Kendrick Humphries available, and he's basically the heartbeat of their rebounding game, pulling down about 20% of all the Nets' boards. But even bigger is the absence of their playmaker, Deron Williams, who is leading the charge offensively. When you consider that Deron and Humphries combined for nearly a third of the team's scoring—specifically 32.4%—it's hard to see how they hold their own. Honestly, it feels like the Boston Celtics are going to run straight through them, especially since they'll likely capitalize on the Nets' struggles and maybe even get their starters some early rest if things go their way.☕

I put my money on the Kevin Garnett over from the Boston side, so fingers crossed it actually hits!

What are your thoughts on this? They're missing their first two guys in the paint, but I’m really hoping they can capitalize on having Garnett out there to make up for it...

If you ask me, there’s absolutely zero value in taking the under on Rose—especially when you're looking at odds like 1.70. Just doesn't sit right with me. 🤷

I actually played him for the over at +2.00.

You gotta look at the whole picture of what's happening with the other squad—in this case, the Brooklyn Nets. They’re gonna be missing Kendrick Humphries tonight, and he’s basically the heartbeat of their rebounding; we're talking 20% of all their boards right there! But even bigger than that is losing their floor general, Deron Williams, who's leading the charge on scoring. Deron and Humphries together account for nearly a third of their total buckets—about 32.4%, if you want to get technical. Honestly, in a spot like this, how are they supposed to stand a chance against the Boston Celtics? Boston should absolutely feast on a weak Nets roster like this. I'm expecting the Celtics to dominate and probably pull their starters early to give them a rest. ☕

I mean, I get all that, but he's still gonna log about 30 minutes and take maybe 15 shots, right? They played a weak Washington team just the other day and he still performed exactly how you'd expect him to, so maybe you've got some inside scoop I don't know about here, but honestly, it might be better to just stay away from him altogether then.🤷, overall, it's probably smarter to just skip him😍

stormyseal9 said:Look, I get where you're coming from, but they’re probably going to push the pace again for about 30 minutes and hunt for maybe 15 shots, and since they played okay against a struggling Washington squad, he might actually show up properly—unless you happen to have some inside scoop that I'm totally out of the loop on🤷, but honestly, if you're worried, just steer clear of him next time😍

The Boston Celtics are going to run wild, Allen on the bench means we're looking at an Under 😁

Maybe Allen just decides to fix his stats tonight and drops 30 points on everyone😍,that's exactly what I thought yesterday about Scottie Pippen when I went with the under, and look how that turned out—he hits the over right in my face🤷,honestly, we should just bench poor Allen before a full-blown brawl breaks out on the court😂,but whatever, good luck to him tonight, hope he can at least sink 18☕,not that it matters because someone else is bound to ruin my night anyway, though I'm not holding my breath for Marvin Martin😕

Allen’s probably going to have that perfect rhythm tonight, you know? Like, he'll hit two field goals, split his twos 2-2, go 4-4 from deep, and then maybe struggle a bit at the line and go 1-5🤣

Nicholas Chase34 said:Man, Allen was just all over the place tonight. His field goal shooting was actually decent, sitting at 2-2 from two-point range and 4-4 from beyond the arc, but those free throws? Absolute disaster. He went 1-for-5 from the stripe.🤣

Just dropping in with some intel: it looks highly probable that Dwyane Wade sits out tonight. So, if you're looking at the LeBron James over, don't hesitate—get it done without a second thought.

Immediately, taking the Indiana Pacers at -9.5 starts looking like a very attractive counter-play. Hmm.
