Props to Miami—honestly, staying this competitive without those two guys is impressive. I’m just now tuning in, but wow.

Ever since Atlanta jumped into the series and we saw that Bosh meltdown

Does the point total count just for regulation or does OT count too?

Are we talking about an individual player or the whole team?

Some betting sites online actually include overtime points when they calculate the total score for a team—though for standard games, they just stick to regulation time.

I mean, I don't think it works for the team as a whole, but for an individual player? Maybe. I'm not totally sure though, so someone please jump in and tell me if I'm crazy or actually onto something here.

Honestly, this Bosh guy means more to Miami than LeBron and Wade combined.

Third overtime? Yeah, right—that’s when LeBron and Wade show up out of nowhere to save the day after they've already checked out of the game. Hah!

Thinking about today's slate. I'm leaning towards the under on Portland and OKC-Houston (205.5)...

I’m with you on Portland—though honestly, if I were calling it, I’d probably take more than 96.5 points for them instead... I mean, they've only missed hitting that mark once all season. And look at Phoenix—they’ve only managed to hold opponents under that line just one time this year. We all know their defense isn't exactly elite, and if you look back at last season, they were giving up way more points per game than Portland was...
maybe we could try something similar with Denver against New Orleans too...

What do you guys think about this slip? I’m seriously considering heading down there right now to drop some cash on this one, though I might play it a bit safer with a system bet on another one with more legs involved

Kevin Durant over 27.5 at 1.85
Bynum over 18.5 at 1.85
Ellis over 22.5 at 1.85
Nash over 12.5 at 1.85
OKC-Houston under 205.5 at 1.85

ps. man, Dirk Nowitzki absolutely screwed me over last night on that winning bet🤷

I'm feeling Sacramento (+2.5) over Milwaukee

What do you guys think about San Antonio-Dallas under? I've got a nagging feeling about it 🤷

Easy enough 😬
What a comeback from the kings
🙏

Today Charlotte... 🤷

edit: why go OKC under though? Can someone walk me through the logic if you don't mind? 🤷

For me, I'm really leaning toward OKC over 107.5. They had plenty of time to bounce back after that loss to Portland, and honestly, I think they'll be fired up to unload on a Houston defense that’s basically a sieve. Looking at their last three home matchups against them, they dropped 117, 116, and 122. At least from the Rockets' side, I just don't see defense being much of a priority here 🤷

Hey everyone. I’m finally stepping out of the shadows and actually posting here for once. I’ve been lurking on this forum forever and honestly, your insights have saved me more than a few times, so I figured it was about time I joined the conversation and shared some of my own takes...
One thing on my mind is tonight's matchup between Indiana and Boston. My local sportsbook has the spread at -5.5 for Indiana against the Boston Celtics, and personally, I think the Celtics cover that easily enough...
Also, looking at the same book, they’ve got Danny Granger set right at the line at 18.5+. I’m leaning toward him staying under that number tonight. Between his rough season so far, Boston’s lockdown defense at home, and the fact that he’s only averaging 19.1 points against them anyway, it feels like a safe bet that he stays below that mark. What do you guys think?
Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone...

I already thanked you over a drink 😉
but seriously, give me your take on Portland-Denver today—especially that Portland over I mentioned earlier...
between that and Charlotte, I'm feeling like those are the winning plays for today 😁

Dallas beat me 🙂>

Today, I went with Carlos Boozer under and the Wall over—it was a close one, nearly had me, but honestly? I think both of those bets are heading straight to the trash bin.

Throwing in Charlotte too, feels like those could be the winning picks today 😁

Haven't even made it to the bar yet, taking it slow... coffee first ☕ 😁

I’m with you on the wins 👍 as for the overs, it's doable, though personally I'd rather bet on a straight win than an over 🤷 (they might actually want to slow the tempo down since they're on a back-to-back, who knows, it's probably too early for me to get all deep into the analytics 🙂

We'll see about Charlotte, fingers crossed...😬

I’m with you on the wins 👍 and yeah, hitting the over is totally on the table, though personally, I’d rather just bank the win than chase the over 🤷 (I mean, maybe it might actually be in their interest to slow things down since they're on a back-to-back, who knows? It feels a little too early for me to dive into any deep-dive analysis 🙂

We'll see about Charlotte, hopefully... 😬

Thanks... still plenty of time left to put together a winner 😁

Man, I just finished catching up on the highlights. 🤦 I actually had Atlanta Hawks +2. 🤦 Thank god I played a 3/4 system, because I managed to walk away with a tiny profit—though, honestly, the Sacramento Kings did claw their way back from the absolute brink there, so it was anyone's game... 😢 🙂

Yeah, there's some real doubt regarding whether Derrick Rose will suit up tonight.
