Anyone know what happens if I don't pay for an eBay item?

Hi everyone. I just sold eight t-shirts on eBay, and now I’m looking at roughly $65 in fees (about 10% per shirt)... What actually happens if I don't settle up with them? Is it just a matter of them closing my account and that being the end of it?

That sounds great. Anyone else dealt with this? I’ve got an account registered on the Italian eBay site, but I’m living here in the States... how would they even get a hold of me? I mean, if I bypass PayPal... theoretically, they could reach out to our local lawyers, but still... we're talking about $333... I’d happily pay the fee myself, but the buyer backed out of the deal and closed the dispute I opened, so eBay automatically flagged the transaction as completed. Please, I really need some advice here because there is a lot of money on the line... at least for me.
