If you're hitting the gym, I'd really suggest not trying to wing it; it's much better to seek out some professional guidance, even if it's just to help map out an customized workout routine.

Forget the gym entirely.🤣 Any kind of strenuous physical activity will do.

But how am I supposed to check my glucose, blood pressure, or electrolyte levels on my own?🤷

So, what's actually going on here?

Well, it’s highly likely your blood pressure is spiking—honestly, just go test it under stress, it's not that hard to verify. Though, you really ought to shell out some cash for a decent digital monitor if you want to actually map out the connection between your BP and these symptoms. Seriously. You might need to dial back the intense workouts and start keeping a tighter grip on those numbers. And look, let's be real—there are serious heart conditions out there that could cause this exact kind of trouble, and you aren't going to diagnose those through an online forum.

At the end of the day, the most basic question is always about your overall fitness level, and that's something everyone has to judge for themselves...

Look, you just go see your primary care doctor.

Well, my labs all came back perfectly fine.
But my blood pressure keeps fluctuating, and it honestly feels just like hypertension most of the time. I'm at a bit of a loss here—what am I supposed to do? Should I just stop being active altogether?😁

Look, if you’re at the point where you think you might need blood pressure medication, the least you can do is actually find out if your pressure is even high in the first place.

Usain Bolt, the absolute legend who holds the world records for the 100m and 200m, just posted a video on Instagram showing himself throwing up right after a workout.

"Want to be number one? This tells you everything you need to know. Deal with it," Bolt wrote—he was clearly trying to show everyone just how brutal these elite training sessions actually are.

In this quick 16-second clip, you see him right by the track, totally wiped out and losing his lunch after an insane workout session.

I think it’s great for your body, honestly. Pushing yourself so hard every single day that you’re literally puking by the end of your workout.
