Troubleshooting Epson Stylus DX7450 issues

I can't get anything to print... it won't even recognize that I have color ink in the machine, and I just bought brand new cartridges yesterday. To make matters worse, I don't even have the original drivers—just some random ones I grabbed off the internet... any ideas on what I can do??😕

Are these actual OEM cartridges or some cheap knockoff crap? Because if they’re just those generic replacements, honestly, why even bother posting here? Go back to the store where you bought them and tell them how much they suck. Take the whole printer with you while you're at it!
