First off, hey everyone!
I’ve been dealing with some pretty frustrating skin issues lately—mostly acne breakouts and scarring—and I’ve been seeing a dermatologist for about three or four months now. Today, they actually prescribed a liquid nitrogen treatment once or twice a week. If I’m reading the instructions correctly, it says: "Cryo - therapy with liquid nitrogen." The doctor explained that this is supposed to help with pore size, deep cleaning the skin, exfoliating dead layers, and all that good stuff.
I’m really curious to hear if anyone here has actually gone through this. What is the process like? Does it actually work, and how long does it take to see real results? To be honest, I’m feeling a little skeptical because it seems like such an infrequent schedule if it's only happening once or twice a week.🙄
