Drunken punks acting like total idiots
They downed a whole liter of cheap whiskey and ended up puking all over the guitarist and the frontman!😁

It really depends on the show. When I'm at an electro or metal concert, I love jumping around, dancing, and singing along with the crowd. At a Brendan Perry show, though, I found myself just swaying to the rhythm and almost meditating 😍. I’m not much of a photographer or someone who records everything on their phone because I simply don't have the timeβ€”I get way too caught up in the atmosphere, though I might pull my phone out if a song starts feeling a bit slow.
I love it when people at heavier shows stay active instead of just standing there like zombies, but I also can't stand it when a mosh pit breaks out and starts hitting people who aren't looking to get tossed around.

So yeah, you can just pack up and head out if you're done.

I’m out there jumping, dancing, singing my head off.
Never record anything, just snap some pics here and thereβ€”though honestly, rarely.

She climbs up onto some guy's shoulders, and then there's a crowd of fifteen people behind her who actually paid full price for their tickets, yet they can't see a single thing because of this "princess" and her escort carrying her around. It just happened at a Rammstein show; the crowd went ballistic. Luckily, she wasn't standing right in front of me, because if she had been, I would have gladly dealt with both of them. πŸ™‚

I remember being at a Depeche Mode concert and shoving one woman who had climbed onto a man's shoulders. She was waving her arms around like she'd seen a miracle or something. She was just screaming aimlessly, probably didn't even know a single lyric, and spent the whole night shaking ash all over me.
And she kept yelling "Albert, Albert!" until someone finally told her his name wasn't even Albert. 🀦

She stumbled a little bit, but at least she stopped trying to climb up.πŸ™‚

Look, if I were right there in the middle of the mosh pit, I wouldn't have anything to say about it, but when people start targeting those who aren't even involved, that's where the real issue lies. Not everyone showed up to the show just to get shoved around.

She eventually sat back down, but at least she stopped trying to climb people.πŸ™‚

Wait, what about the guitarist?
Or rather, what happened to the bassist? 😁

Honestly, I think they should just back off if they don't want to deal with the fallout. 🀷

I take my medication, and I happen to be one of those people who ends up recording for two hours straight.

When I go alone, I guess I just push my way to the front. I used to always fight my way into the very first row, but maybe now I should act my age. β˜•

And when I'm with people who have signed their names below... there really isn't any other choice..

Personally, if I get home from a show without my ribs feeling completely rattled, I don't even count it as having gone. Of course, it really comes down to the setlistβ€”there are those shows where you just sit back and soak in the hypnotic vibes. But then, man, there are those legendary shows that leave you feeling like you need a solid three days just to recover.

I suppose I tend to warm myself up quite thoroughly before a show, and once things get moving, I just find myself swaying to the rhythm, spinning around, and sipping on a beer.

Before I even made it back home, my attention span was already shotβ€”definitely wasn't feeling the vibe. Now? I can barely make it through a whole set without checking out. Either I’m just getting old or bands these days are absolute garbage. Probably both 😁

It really just depends on what kind of show it is. If you're at a classical performance, you sit there and listen. If there's a beat to it, you're dancing. If it’s rock or metal, well, you already know how that goes. Some shows just demand silence... anything goes, really. 😁

It all depends on what kind of show you're at. πŸ™‚
I was front row at a Bon Jovi gig, just swaying along with my girl 🀣but at a Madball show, I left without any teeth. At Flogging Molly, I was dancing and singing through both sets; with Iced Earth and Saxon, I stayed in the back and just soaked it in...
Every concert follows its own rhythm.

p.s. I also don't get those people who film the entire concert, though I'll admit I end up watching their YouTube clips later anyway. 😁

It all depends on my mood before the show starts.

If I'm feeling it, I'll be jumping around and losing it. But if it's a more serious set, like Cohen's, you'll find me standing off to the side in a flannel shirt.. 😁
