There’s some decent news for students out there—if you grab your Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival passes between April 15th and June 3rd, you can snag them for just $113!

👋

But honestly? Looking at the numbers, I get the feeling their sales aren't exactly hitting the mark, right? 🙂

So, what they’ll probably do once they hike up those ticket prices is drop a massive, headline-grabbing headliner just to keep the crowds coming—and at a premium price point, no less, which is basically a total double win for them if you think about it😁

$50

honestly, kind of bummed we won't get those perks since we aren't camping this year... 😂😂😂

well, you being from Washington, D.C. makes a difference... having a home base changes everything...

I hit it up with my crew last year and stayed at the camp for four days. Honestly? The camp was actually more packed than the main festival itself...

I was out there last year with my crew. We spent four days camping, and honestly? The campsite felt more packed and high-energy than the actual festival grounds.

Man, we get so defensive the second someone mentions they're from Washington, D.C.... I was just pointing out that they offer this incredible experience in the campgrounds that's free for everyone, whether you're staying in a tent or not. It’s like, if you aren't from the big city, they should roll out a tiny violin just for you since you have to deal with the camping life—but hey, if you're hanging with your buddies and having a blast, it's hard to complain anyway.

nah, I’m not being sensitive just because you’re from Washington, D.C., man. You should be...

The whole point of my post was that if someone's visiting from out of town, or even from another part of the States... they've got nowhere to stay except hotels that are 4x more expensive.

I mean, if they stayed at a hotel, they could definitely enjoy the swimming, sports, music, sightseeing, and all those pizza spots mentioned, but they'd be paying four times the price... hope that makes more sense now 😉

Luka Belani. I if you actually took the time to read that carefully...

I just don't get it—where on earth are they even digging them up? 🤷

Luka is fine.

Just wait until Cold Snap drops the announcement 😉

Overflow is coming. I think I mentioned once upon a time—long ago, actually—that they might show up since they just dropped a new album, though I wouldn't be surprised if Hothouse Flowers made an appearance too, given they haven't actually played the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival yet, if I recall correctly.

So Arctic Monkeys just announced two shows in Germany. What a shocker—June 20th and 22nd.
Bravo, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Screw you.

They haven't. But I don't think they will, either. To be honest, I don't think they’re particularly interested in that kind of gig because they can pack a stadium on their own. For instance, I remember when they played at Fenway Park—they actually turned down other shows despite the decent pay just because they didn't want to deal with the promotion tied to those other dates. It was more about principle than money. Also, given where they stand in the American music scene, I doubt they'd agree to play at 6 PM as an opening act for some random international band. If you ask me, I'd give them a co-headline slot on the main stage.

Go screw yourselves.

It’s hardly a tragedy, I suppose, since they haven't even played in Miami since before 2009.🙂

screw them.

I noticed that too—it’s pretty obvious they aren't bringing in any more big names. Unless they add a "day zero" featuring one major headliner and some local acts, I'm out. They can take it easy.

Gregory Wood41 said:No harm done, they were already in San Francisco before 2009 anyway.🙂

That doesn't matter at all. Even if they were here three days ago.

The point is, someone from their side is definitely reading this, so I'm going to call you all out just like gbest did.
