It’s not total BS!!!
Look, last year a friend of mine told me they were booking Dropkick Murphys, a Kawasaki Ninja, and SZA.
And she was right about everything before the official announcements even dropped. So yeah, I actually trust her. 🙂

Everyone knew about the Kawasaki Ninja way before the festival was even a thing. 🙂
As for SZA... does anyone actually listen to her??? 🤷
Fine, okay, Dropkick Murphys—that’s a solid pick.
But I’m still not buying it that Kings of Leon are coming—it feels impossible—and I certainly don't believe Prodigy will show up either.

I wonder if he'll take a look at my dad's work soon, since things have been pretty quiet lately. 😂😂😂

Larry Morales12 said:The website explicitly states they accept a state ID along with a student ID, a transcript, or some kind of official university verification. Now, I actually graduated from college just three months ago, yet somehow, I managed to snag a discounted ticket! It mentions my student status is valid until October 15th, 2011, but does that even matter? Honestly, I doubt it; if you present them with a transcript, do they really have the capacity to cross-reference it with a national database to see if you're still enrolled? I highly doubt it.

Does anyone know if there are any tickets left to purchase? Furthermore, does that discount apply strictly to full-time students, or is it open to everyone?😳

It says valid until April 14th—or whenever they run out of stock—and mentions limited availability. Honestly, I doubt they’ll even sell through the lot, so you’ve probably got another month to decide. From what I gather, it’s open to all students, even those of us who graduated ages ago—if you can actually navigate the bureaucracy.

Honestly, though, I doubt they’ll even sell out, so you probably have another month to decide. As far as I know, any student can grab one, and frankly, it’s available to us former students too, provided we can actually figure out how to navigate their website. :P

Hmm, perhaps I should just send some college kid my way to pick up 😳

I see my friend didn't see The Streets coming.☕

I don't know... I don't really have an opinion on them.🤷

He's actually alright with me. But honestly, I haven't heard a live rap set that wasn't incredibly boring—except maybe that unplugged show at the Blue Note a few years back.

I don't mind them, honestly. They’ve got a handful of tracks that escape that whole "boring rap" trap by throwing in these catchy rhythms that actually sound great. I'm satisfied, The Streets 👍

Right now, my absolute dream would be seeing Crystal Castles 😳

Yeah, I get the appeal of spoken word; it’s got its own vibe. It isn't your typical heavy-hitting hip-hop, so I honestly find myself wondering how that would actually translate to a live set.

Man, if they played "Crystal Chips," that would be an absolute rager. That’s exactly my kind of party.
Check out this killer remix:

It’s pretty much the same routine we go through every single year.

Verizon main stage
Nokia/Sonny ericsson
Tuborg Green
Radio 101
Night stage
Coachella Silent Disco

That DJ from the TV station who’s always on the radio was diagnosed with cancer,

And as for those silent discos—what is the point? It’s honestly bottom-tier. I just don't understand why they wouldn't simply book a few great DJs and host a proper set in the main tent. It isn't even that expensive...
