I’m looking for a solid recommendation for an all-in-one home printer—you know, basic printing, scanning, and copying for the occasional letter or family photo. I need something reliable that won't just seize up if I don't use it for a few weeks—it would be nice if third-party ink was actually an option, too. Which big names—Canon, HP, Epson...—actually offer something worth my time? Every salesperson at the local Best Buy seems to have their own agenda, making it nearly impossible to tell who's being helpful and who's just pushing inventory to hit a quota. Thanks!🙂

It's mostly for personal stuff, maybe scanning a family photo once in a while, or copying a few pages if I really need to. I want something reliable that won't totally seize up if I don't use it for a couple of weeks, and ideally, something where I can use third-party ink without a headache. Which big brands—like Canon, HP, or Epson—actually make something that fits this? Every salesperson at Best Buy seems to be pushing whatever they have in stock, so it's hard to tell who's actually helping and who's just trying to move inventory. Thanks!🙂

Definitely the best bang for your buck at home
