It’s pretty tight in here in NYC, but honestly, all this greenery is a vibe, I'm really digging it

Standings heading into yesterday's final race:

138 Piquet
133 Buemi
125 d'Ambrosio

And just like that, the Renault team clinches the Constructors' Championship!

I mean, how can you even look at it that way? The cars are slow and sound absolutely terrible—plus, the drivers are basically third-rate amateurs...

just because it’s way more entertaining, honestly—you get more overtakes in a single Formula E race than you do in three whole F1 Grands Prix combined

People say this might be more exciting, but honestly? It doesn't mean much to me if the cars and the drivers aren't top-tier. For me, there has to be some level of prestige involved—it can't just be about having a "good race." I mean, you can find plenty of good races starting all the way back at the go-karting level...

Which one was it, Verne, who slapped Ricciardo for being such a weak driver?

I don't know about you guys, but I'm definitely not buying that.

Is a race right in the middle of Fenway Park in the heart of New York City not prestigious enough for you?

Or do you think some race out in a cornfield in Kansas is somehow higher status?

Then why didn't he get promoted to Red Bull? Look, the Red Bull brass actually fired both drivers from Rosa and brought in two new ones—Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz—because they decided the old guys just weren't cutting it. They aren't talented enough, apparently... I mean, the higher-ups at Red Bull and Rosa clearly have a better eye for driver talent than you and I do.

And honestly, seeing who's running things in the general standings—Nelson Piquet—it's pretty obvious what kind of level we're talking about here.

It's because they don't have any sponsors backing them and they leave a massive mess in their wake, just like those two did.

That’s just not true. If he actually had the talent, he'd be in the mix. But even his own people didn't want him... let alone anyone else.

And look at where Verne is in Formula E right now. He's sitting in SEVENTH. So much for all that potential... ☕

Well yeah, obviously he's in 7th since he hasn't driven a decent race in forever.

neonfox65, we definitely get where you're coming from, but is it really necessary to poison every single thread with these mindless arguments?

People see what they want to see and that’s pretty much that. 😉

Anyway, the rain started right in the middle of qualifying. The results are in: Sébastien Buemi took sixth, Felipe Massa ended up eleventh, and Nelson Piquet finished sixteenth...
It could turn into a hell of a race, especially if this rain keeps coming down...

Formula E, the pigeon blocked the car from leaving the pit lane 🙏 🤣🤣🤣

They seriously need to figure something out fast 🤣
Like, just slap some speakers on these cars and blast V10 engine noises since there isn't actually anything under the hood 😬
