By the way, it looks like Jacques Villeneuve is actually stepping back into the driver's seat for next season 🎉
Now I find myself in quite a dilemma regarding whom I should truly root for: should my loyalty lie with Prost, Piquet, Senna, or perhaps Villeneuve himself? 🤔

Jacques Villeneuve. While I have my doubts about how he'll adapt to the field,.....

What’s the actual standings looking like in Formula E? Who's the top dog right now? From what I can tell, Piquet and Prost look like they mean business and are gonna be tough to beat.

Well, technically Nelson Piquet Jr. is the champion, though we have to remember the new season hasn't even kicked off yet.

Fair enough. I don't follow this stuff closely so I can't say. So it's Piquet. I knew he had some spirit in him...

So, when does the e-season actually kick off? I’d love to see a Senna vs. Prost showdown at the E-Suzuki just to relive those legendary days

Managed to take a look. What even is this "fan boost" thing? Does it actually change anything in the real race? And all these tracks are just live feeds. It's wild... totally wild.

It explains everything right there. Essentially, the fans cast their votes for their preferred drivers, and then the three drivers who receive the most votes gain the actual ability to utilize a five-second fanboost during the race. To be more specific, the fanboost provides a power increase from 150 kW up to 180 kW, whereas the remaining drivers simply don't have that luxury available to them.

Caught the stream over at Vipbox.eu.
The standings: Buemi, di Grassi, Heidfeld, Duval, D'Ambrosio.
Prost was sitting pretty in third until just two laps from the end—then he had to dive into the pits because his rear wing gave out...

I simply cannot shake this feeling, can I? I find myself still rooting for Nick Prost, even though it has become painfully obvious to anyone watching that he lacks the sheer talent possessed by his father.🙂

Honestly, Formula E is basically what Formula 1 used to be back in the day

We're talking 8 different engine manufacturers. 8 totally unique setups. Some guys are running a single gear, others have 3 or 4. Every one of those 8 teams has completely distinct motors, gearboxes, and rear suspensions—the only thing they actually share is the front end.

Here's a quick rundown of the changes and new tech hitting this season



And if you want the full experience, here’s the entire opening race in China—everything from practice and qualifying to the interviews and the actual race itself



So, if you've got 9 hours of raw footage—which works out to maybe 6.5 hours net—it's worth your time to watch the only racing series that actually makes sense anymore

I'm actually hyped about Formula E. It's been ages since I felt this way about Formula 1—probably last back in 2009 when I got excited about them bringing back slicks. That was about it.
