The moderator uranium is really outdoing herself lately. Honestly, she’s totally unqualified for this job, and she proves it constantly. I just caught another ban because I was calling out the Antichrist (the Devil) and sharing some brotherly sentiments with a fellow Muslim. It seems like I'm not the only one struggling with this atheist moderator. You’d think someone would need at least a shred of empathy or logic before judging what others say. Honestly, it feels like her weird haircut in her avatar was the only qualification they looked for. Today, she sends a warning about opening a new thread, then hits me with an infraction for the same thing, and then another infraction just for telling other Muslims to watch their backs.

Dear rapidmaker6,

You have received an infraction on Reddit.

Reason: Offtopic/spam

This infraction is worth 10 point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire.

Quote:
I'm asking my Muslim brothers to pay close attention to the thread regarding Valentin Inzko's statement, since the moderator decided—in her usual style—to "kill" me because the topic is supposedly "inappropriate." Last time, I got "killed" for making verbal threats toward the Devil himself. My appeal is sitting in the queue, and seriously, uranium's moderation is a total disaster—bizarre and grotesque. I honestly don't know how they find moderators like this who push their personal views through moderation.

Check out these links; we really need to separate Religion from atheism and get these atheist moderators off our backs.

All the best,

She’s suffocating every single discussion, making any normal conversation impossible. She just makes things up and acts like a regular user, except she uses brute force to back up her views instead of actual arguments. I'm officially calling for uranium to be removed so we can end this wild crusade against the users.

Title edited. Please refrain from using offensive titles in the future.

I am in complete agreement with Paul Wood. feralpilot0 is incredibly conscientious—perhaps even too much so—and would never allow anyone to come to harm. 🙂

I just caught another ban because I was calling out the Antichrist—you know, the Devil—and having a little friendly, brotherly exchange with someone from a different religion. Is anyone actually running this place?

Dear rapidmaker6,

You know perfectly well you didn't get flagged just because you swapped out some brotherly language with a fellow Redditor—it was about making it clear you’re actually looking for a fight against... An atheist? Is that all we have left to discuss?Look, I’ve already told you—as I said before—it's exactly like that. The corner for the banned—is that where we all end up?.

It looks like others are running into the same wall with that atheist moderator. Honestly, you’d need at least a shred of empathy—or basic logic—to judge people's words like this. It makes me wonder if her terrible haircut in her avatar was the only qualification they looked at during the hiring process? Today, she slapped me with a warning for starting a new thread, followed immediately by an infraction for the exact same thing—and then, to top it all off, an infraction just for telling other Muslims to watch their backs. Is this what passes for moderation now?

To those of you claiming I have a "problem"—you all have your reasons for being banned, and trust me, it wasn't just because I felt like it—please stop making such tasteless comparisons just because I refuse to let people ignore the rules.
You had the exact same issue before—first with Shady, then with ego, and now you're dealing with me. It’s all coming from the same place, isn't it?

The link to that infraction I sent you exists because you decided to file a complaint against me on that "Islam: 114 Questions, 114 Answers" thread—which, let’s be honest, was completely out of line—and even after I sent you a PM explaining exactly why you were getting flagged, you just kept doubling down. Why bother?

You’ve been handed a yellow card—purely because you were the one to start this thread. Why bother even trying? Copied and pasted the text. Just quoting the news here—no personal commentary needed—but seriously, Red—you were absolutely drowning this thread with massive walls of text. The posts—well, they’re just posts. Are we really expected to find some profound truth in them?It was written in a foreign language—I actually asked you to stop posting in that "Why are Christians obsessed with the Roman Empire" thread—but then I saw you got carried away here. And in English, too.

She stifles every single discussion—making any kind of actual conversation impossible. She just invents excuses and acts like a regular user, yet somehow thinks she has the right to use brute force to back up her views—unlike the rest of us. I’m officially calling for feralpilot0 to be removed; we really need to put an end to her wild crusade against everyone here.

Please specify exactly how I was stifling the conversation—which, based on your posts, usually feels more like a stream of consciousness anyway—and tell me what, precisely, is so unfair about my ways of shutting things down.

I won't even bother commenting on the rest—it’s nothing but pure, calculated malice and complete nonsense.

And just a quick side note—I’m not an atheist, by the way—I'm a Christian. 😉.

feralpilot0 is acting like a moderator with a massive double standard, letting personal friendships and totally subjective, broken logic dictate who gets flagged. Honestly, I’m voting to strip them of their powers because they clearly can't handle applying any kind of unbiased or consistent rules. Here are the penalties I've personally taken

(Plus there was a yellow warning that got scrubbed from the thread—it's sitting in private messages now—which is basically just more trolling; I suspect feralpilot0 saw how stupid it made them look and deleted it just to hide the evidence of their own incompetence)

Then you have Vess, who also got slapped with a penalty in this thread just for expressing strong opinions and participating in the discussion, all under the vague excuse of "trolling," which ended up getting her banned:

And just to prove my point, here are some examples of posts from that very same thread that didn't get punished at all—meaning they weren't labeled as trolling:

Because of all this, I’ve officially given up on posting in the Religion sub-forum, since there’s just no way to follow a moderator's invisible and completely nonsensical set of rules

(+ a yellow warning that was scrubbed from the thread—it's sitting in the DMs now—which is technically just more "trolling"; presumably, feralpilot0 realized how stupid it looked and deleted it to hide evidence of her own incompetence)

Then there's Vess, who got flagged in the same thread for simply expressing strong support and opinions regarding the discussion—labeled as "trolling" and subsequently banned:

I’ve given up on posting in the Religion sub because it’s impossible to follow this moderator’s vague, imaginary set of rules

By relentlessly hammering the exact same point—say, in that thread about MTA posters claiming trams are public space, or arguing that courthouses and city halls are just advertising boards, or just replying with "no" to dodge actual debate—and refusing to budge even when faced with solid arguments, you've effectively choked the discussions in the threads where you show off your warnings. It left us no choice but to warn you for trolling.

It’s funny, really—you report others for being off-topic (usually those people just trying to clarify their point), yet you fail to notice when you're being blatant and repetitive. Then, once warned, you just act offended without any hint of self-reflection.

Honestly, this whole site feels weighed down by these made-up rules. As a lawyer, I’ve come to the conclusion that they just invent regulations so the moderators have something to do—which probably means there's some financial incentive involved. Take photo formats, for instance. It's treated like a capital offense, yet on other sites, people just post massive dual-monitor images or dumps of ten photos at once because the conversation is what actually matters. This technical stuff is just nonsense. Then there's the length of comments. Just disable it technically; anyone who doesn't want to read long posts will just skip them anyway. It feels like we're being penny-pinched over typing paper or something. Ridiculous. And then you have these grotesque, legendary punishments for "attacking the Antichrist." Or this system where points pile up until you get banned. One post gets a warning, the next an infraction. People tell me, "Man, you got lucky; attacking a moderator is a 500-point penalty." Give me a break. Please. They might as well open a concentration camp here. They should just open a PDF titled "Attacking the Moderator" so the admins can clearly see what everyone is doing. We aren't kids in a classroom getting scolded by a teacher. Who knows who's lurking on this forum just to endure the outbursts. Swearing, threats, blasphemy... fine.

I’m just genuinely curious whose brain thought it was a good idea to lump atheists and believers together in one thread. I'm not talking about the right to debate, but rather having atheist topics popping up in the Religion section. It makes zero sense. There needs to be a specific PDF section: Atheism, which isn't a religion or a spirituality. Atheism belongs under Philosophy.

Just imagine a random conversation on a street corner. Two people meet and start debating; they aren't insulting each other, they aren't making threats, they just don't agree. Then some moderator keeps hovering over them, declaring all sorts of violations. That’s not a community; that’s nothing. And having an atheist moderate the Religion section? That's like having a Bolshevik moderate a section on Capitalism. ego made that pretty obvious, and now feralpilot0 is diving into those waters and cutting everyone down indiscriminately. She's just playing favorites. Personally, I'm not a fan of her moderation style, and I know I'm not the only one.
