Rise Against

Rise Against is an American melodic hardcore punk band hailing from Chicago, and I personally find their music to be quite exceptional. As it stands, they have released five albums in their discography.

Regarding specific tracks, I would certainly suggest listening to "Give It All," "Paper Wings," and "To Them These Streets Belong"; while honestly every single one of their songs is great, these particular tracks are my absolute favorites.

They're such an incredible band, honestly. Their songs are just top-tier, I guess. I'd definitely recommend checking out entertainment, Black Masks, and maybe even Hero of War if you want something a little more mellow

It feels like all of this comes from their latest record; I honestly think the older tracks hit a bit harder... but overall, the band is absolutely incredible, and their songwriting remains top-tier.

They’re solid enough; the lyrics are easily their strongest suit. This latest album isn't exactly breaking new ground, but it's definitely listenable if you're in the mood. 👍

In my opinion, their absolute standout track remains Rumors of my Demise have Been Greatly Exaggerated.
Just pure brutality.🙂

Their last album was a total disaster, though they’re still a really solid band overall👍

In my personal opinion, Rise Against is easily the finest punk band playing today.

I was totally hooked from the moment I first heard Black Masks 😍

My absolute favorite has to be Dona with The compass.

Honestly, I’d probably put The Sufferer & The Witness (2006) Appeal to Reason in my top ten albums from the last few years...

Decent band. I've only ever listened to the ssotcc album, and while it's alright, I didn't love it enough to go out and buy the rest of their discography.

I don't really feel like re-listening to an album that's supposedly my best, even if a friend insists that ssotcc is their top pick. Still, I'll download the rest of the discography and hope they hold up to the standard of the Dead Kennedys—they've always been my absolute favorite punk band.

actually hit the mark for me. It's a strange feeling. Compared to their other records—take Life Less Frightening, for instance (Is there a god tonight up in the sky or is it empty just like meeeee? When that scream hits, you truly feel that emptiness 😁)—or even Black Masks 😍
