Good grief.

I suppose you could say I have a certain affinity for loving Star Wars; I've always been drawn to just about anything within that universe. I am fully aware that it is a work of fiction designed to appeal to the widest possible demographic, spanning from children to adults alike. In my estimation, the original trilogy was nothing short of brilliant, and while the prequels were merely acceptable, I even managed to tolerate Jar Jar Binks.

But this...

This is sheer madness.
It has been quite some time since I have witnessed such a concentrated mountain of idiocy on screen. It seems that everything which once provided substance or quality to Star Wars has been either completely omitted or utterly butchered, whereas every single element that was previously nonsensical has been amplified to a degree that feels insulting to one's intelligence. If you thought you disliked Jar Jar (and frankly, I doubt anyone didn't), then I suggest you brace yourselves for two characters that are significantly worse: Rotta the Hutt is a baby Hutt that does little more than drool, fart, and stink—essentially acting as a non-stop fountain of cheap toilet humor—while Ziro the Hutt is presented as a feminized gay Hutt, which feels terribly stereotypical and gratingly irritating. There is simply nothing of merit to be found in the Clone Wars, not even for the most die-hard Star Wars enthusiasts.

George Lucas, I implore you, please stop! Perhaps you might consider watching Wall-E or perhaps something else from Pixar just to learn how one actually crafts a high-quality animated film!

Are we perhaps talking about this film? Hmm... I can hardly contain my excitement. 🙄

Users comment: I have nothing good to say about this movie. 😁

Personally, I thought it was pretty solid.🤷...though I guess there's definitely room for it to be even better 😉

So, most of you probably already heard the news, but the Clone Wars animated series is officially hitting Cartoon Network on October 2nd. This comes right on the heels of the Clone Wars film, which just started rolling out in theaters across the country today.

Check out this first little teaser clip from the series: small green in action. 😁

I’ve found myself feeling quite disappointed, and rather deeply at that... 😢

I just sat through two episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and I have to say, it’s actually pretty solid.
The writing is holding up well for me.🙂

Does anyone know if these guys are actually planning to sync this movie for theaters?🤷 If they are, I'll just be downloading it.

Look, the premiere for those first two episodes isn't even until October 2nd. I have no idea how some kind of leak happened...

Or are you talking about the old Clone Wars?

It’ll probably be both.
Up until now, there have been plenty of animated movies that were dubbed and some that weren't.

But I wouldn't watch Star Wars: The Clone Wars dubbed. It just doesn't feel original and it ruins the whole vibe.

Probably referring to the old Clone Wars then.
Those are good too.

I didn't realize the premiere wasn't until October 2nd.
How long are the episodes supposed to be?

Well, then that's totally fine.
The old Clone Wars episodes usually run about 70 minutes each.

The original Clone Wars shorts were only about 3 or 4 minutes long at most. 😁 You probably watched the full versions of those old Clone Wars segments that they stitched together into two longer episodes. 😬

Three to four minutes? That’s it? I don't know, seems a bit rushed to me.😁

So, for some reason, my file is just showing up as Clone Wars Vol 1 and 2. 😬
I honestly thought there were more of them left.😁

I'm actually pretty curious to see how these new episodes of The Clone Wars turn out.
I’m guessing the plot is going to follow the same old patterns we saw in the previous installments.
