Looks like Toronto really has a plan to ditch all the Americans on the roster and just play with Europeans. Dirty Canadians! 🤣

It isn't Simple Plan, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't "Welcome...", the melody goes na na na na na na (honestly, I feel like I've helped a lot here :I), so please, can someone just tell me? Anyway, they were blasting it over the speakers before FF, maybe even before Kraftwerk, while they were setting up the stage. There's a male voice singing the chorus, probably a newer track. I have to find out!!!!!!!!!

I haven't the slightest clue. Was it perhaps Welcome to my Life by Madness? I can't quite recall if they played it back at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival—though, truthfully, it isn't exactly a recent track. 🤷

The Raptors? I suppose we should talk about them, though I'm not entirely sure where to begin—it’s all a bit much lately, isn't it? I guess one could look at the roster and try to find some semblance of logic, but honestly, it feels like we're just spinning our wheels in the sand. Maybe there's a silver lining somewhere in the coaching decisions or the draft picks, but I've been around long enough to know that optimism is often just a polite way of being disappointed later on. I don't know. It’s a lot to process. 🤷

Man, I posted that on the NBA thread and it redirected me here 🤷 before I could even realize my mistake and edit it... been having a rough few days lately, honestly...

Maybe it's "Fake Tales of San Francisco" by Arctic Monkeys?

They played that right after Lily Allen finished up, so it was probably about thirty minutes before Kraftwerk took the stage... I'm not entirely sure if they looped it again later on though...

So, who do you think might headline next year? I heard some rumors floating around about Kings of Leon and Coldplay... honestly, sounds way too good to be true, I guess. 😳

I’m dying to know the same thing. Foo Fighters and Maroon 5? Not exactly my cup of tea—not that I'm one to judge, mind you—but they just don't hit the mark for me. Personally, I'd much rather see The Killers or someone along those lines.😁

Well, obviously it would... I mean, if Sigur Ros showed up too, everything would just be perfect. 😍

Foo Fighters could work, provided they don't insist on playing all the stuff from the new album. But let's face it, they will, so they probably shouldn't bother coming. ☕

They've already played here several times, so I seriously doubt people would want to see them again in our neck of the woods.

Kenneth Williams60 said:It would be incredible... if they even brought out Sigur Ros, everything would be absolutely perfect. 😍

Seeing them live would be a dream, but I'm afraid they aren't really cut out for this kind of festival circuit. Let's be realistic—putting THEM on the same lineup as Lily Allen or Art Brut? I'd much rather they just put together a massive standalone concert. Like, at a major arena. 😍 Yeah, right.

I would certainly place my bets on Jetlagging or perhaps just a cold Budweiser.

If it was at Lollapalooza, it’ll be back at Lollapalooza. ☕

I am entirely convinced that Sigur Ros would draw a massive crowd. 👍

First batch of tickets for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2010 goes on sale this weekend. If you grab yours before the end of the year—or whenever they sell out—you can snag them at the promo price of $250 and $100.

You can find all the fine print and details right here.

So, I just finished reading some updates online. I think I might actually go ahead and grab my ticket this year; I'd rather avoid that last-minute panic trying to scrape together enough $183 😁

See you there! I suppose I'm looking forward to when they finally start announcing the lineup 😍

Is it just me, or does it feel kind of silly to go ahead and grab a ticket when I haven't even seen the lineup yet?

I guess you could just grab it right now, and if the lineup doesn't really end up being your thing, you could probably just sell it later for what you paid—maybe even more, like $250 or $300 easy.
