🀷Do these things actually help people quit smoking, or is it just another one of those daily gimmicks we're all expected to swallow?

So, here’s the dealβ€”I haven't touched a cigarette since Wednesday. I actually started using these patches on Thursday, and honestly? I think they might actually be doing the trick (a buddy of mine managed to quit entirely using them, so he gave me the nudge). If you’re seriously considering kicking the habit, you really ought to give it a shotβ€”the only real downside is that they’re a bit pricey $13+ .

I did a little digging into pharmacy prices earlier. For a box containing about $45 patchesβ€”you know, the kind with 7 in a packβ€”how are things looking on your end? Is it really hitting $40+ for you?

My better half uses those patches and hasn't touched a cigarette in ten days.
I’ve tried them myself, and even though I haven't quit cold turkey yet, it’s definitely way easier to manage the cravings with the patches than trying to go it alone.

My better half has been using those patches and hasn't touched a cigarette in 10 days.

I've been using these for six days now and they actually work. I was a smoker for seven years straight... give them a shot.
