Otolaryngologist recommendations?

Does anyone know a solid Otolaryngologist over by Salisbury? I’ve been dealing with constant throat infections for a while now and I'm actually considering getting my tonsils out. I'd really prefer to see someone at a smaller, high-quality practice. It feels awkward just walking into a massive hospital system without a recommendation.

I think they moved everything from Salisbury over to the Rib. From what I heard, there’s just one tiny section still hanging out at Salisbury. If you need someone, Duška Markov glavaš is hands down the best ENT out there. She was the one who finally caught my chronic tonsillitis and performed my surgery. Before her, I had three different specialists look at me, and none of them even mentioned an operation. I was running fevers for six months straight before she stepped in, but since the surgery three years ago, I've only dealt with one sore throat. You definitely have to book ahead with them, though.
Well, you can find some great doctors over at Mercury, and they don't make you wait forever for an appointment. Borčić is a solid doctor there, and the head of the department, Ante Munitić, is great too.

My tonsils are pretty much trashed from all these infections—it’s always some kind of nasty case of strep throat. Even when I’ve had throat swabs done, they never actually find strep, but my throat still feels like it's being torn apart. Sometimes the inflammation gets so bad within a single day that I can't even sleep because of the pain. I saw a specialist at Holy Spirit once, and he didn't recommend surgery. Sure, after a round of antibiotics, the pain goes away, but my tonsils always stay red and swollen.
And how long is the typical wait for those people putting in orders?

I finally had my tonsils out, but the waitlist was looking like a solid 3-4 week ordeal. Luckily, I’ve got a cousin who’s a doctor over at the Salisbury orthopedic wing, so he managed to squeeze me in with this specialist in just two days. She only holds clinic on Tuesdays, though. Now my sinuses are acting up, so I'm heading over to Mercury—I really don't want to bother my cousin with this, and honestly, I just can't deal with the hassle of booking an appointment right now. Usually, I'd just go see Antun Bačić; he's a younger doctor and honestly just a great guy who takes the time to explain everything. He even gave Borčić a call to have him take a look at me too.
