I'll leave it at this one final thought, then I'm stepping away from the topic.

@Nice, look, I really don't have anything against you personally, nor am I targeting you specifically. It’s not my intention to claim you're misrepresenting me; I assume you're just acting on the information provided by the mods. That said, my reaction was purely human. I took the info you were given as an attack—as an accusation—so naturally, I started defending myself.

Sure, I’m defending myself in a way that doesn't follow the official protocol for appealing a ban (which, according to you all, means no quoting old posts, just submitting a formal inquiry and waiting for a decision from the admins). But if you feel accused, you're going to defend yourself. It's a natural response when you're frustrated. Isn't that just how people work?

Please don't delete this or flag it as spam. It isn't spam. This is just an explanation.

vividranger162 said:I actually reached out about 15 days ago to ask if my perm could be lifted a day early, since someone had written ages ago that I could check back at the start of May. I showed up right at the end of April or the beginning of May. Does it really make that much difference?

The point is, I followed the agreement. I haven't used any clones from the moment it was stated I could request a lift at the start of May—and honestly, it feels like it's been half a year since then.

The reason I started this thread is simple: I’m asking the mods—if any of them have an issue with me—to step up and speak publicly. Just say, "He was problematic," and show the evidence. I'm still hoping the mods will come forward and explain exactly why they don't want me back.

I'm not "claiming" anything. Those are simply the forums where I posted the most, which anyone can verify by looking at my post history. That is why I am politely asking those moderators (specifically those who were active while I was posting) to point out my problematic posts.
If the best feedback you received was that they "barely managed to deal with me," that implies I was quite a handful. And if I was, there are plenty of posts and bans to prove it.

For the second or third time, I am politely requesting that the mods, if it's true they "barely managed to deal with me," explain their issues and provide the specific posts or bans in question.

I used to post more on that one thread about poultry, but I've already mentioned it: that place hasn't been a good spot for discussion for a long time. The participants just poke at each other and throw veiled insults. That thread left such a bad taste in my mouth that I wouldn't go back there if you paid me.

I'm not turning this into an attack or making accusations. I am simply persistently asking the mods to clarify exactly what problems I supposedly caused, or at least point out the specific posts where they "could barely deal with me."

Am I asking too much of these mods by requesting they just cite my problematic posts? 🤷

This whole dynamic feels like Wild West justice, where people get hung just because a higher authority "decided" they were guilty without any actual evidence. Seriously, man, I don't get it. You claim the best response I got was "we could barely deal with him"? Fine. Then where are the disciplinary records from the recreation, soccer, or LDS threads? Are there any?

All I want is a fair shake. I’ve done everything I can on my end, which means I stopped using clones. I haven't started a new forum in six months, nor have I logged in under a fake account. I made mistakes. I admitted them. I apologized. Do I deserve a second chance? I believe I do.🙂

And for everyone else deciding my fate regarding this perm: if you think I don't deserve a chance to write here again, then state your position and explain why. That's the least you can do. I'm calling on the mods to pull my problematic behavior and the warnings from the PDFs I frequented most. If those actually existed, I wouldn't have the nerve to ask for this perm to be lifted. I have more pride than you think, rustydrifter10. 😉

Look, being off by fifteen days isn't the main issue here. But you can't just ask once, wait a couple of weeks, and then demand it again. You can't keep requesting a ban removal every fifteen days on the dot.

From what I can see lately, you haven't been using alts. You were doing it before, sure, but honestly, that doesn't even matter much anymore since you've stopped.

Well, you asked them publicly, so we're all just waiting for the reaction. The truth is, nobody is stepping up to say you're a constructive or welcome presence on this forum, and this whole thread has been sitting here for a few days now with everyone fully aware of the situation. I'm sorry, man, but I just can't advocate for bringing you back while things are still like this.

Best,
