I’m not even sure that’s physically possible unless someone is basically starving themselves or training like an Olympic athlete 24/7...
I really hope he doesn't have some underlying health issues going on... does anyone know if there's a history of diabetes in his family?

If he doesn't have underlying health issues... I mean, is there any history of diabetes in the family?

πŸ‘ just my two cents

is he actually eating during the allowed hours? like, is he staying up for those pre-dawn meals...πŸ˜•

Oh, come onβ€”you’re telling me nothing is allowed for thirty whole days until 7 p.m.?
What happens if someone has an absolutely grueling workday and actually needs some fuel? Or what if you can't even manage a coffee or a juice in the morning before the fasting window kicks in...

So, does he actually stick to the permitted eating windowsβ€”you know, staying up for those pre-dawn meals...πŸ˜•

Both of his parents live with diabetes, yet he stays in perfect healthβ€”he eats clean and avoids any heavy physical labor... and yes, he follows the meal schedule exactly when he's supposed to.😒

Something’s definitely up then. He should probably get his blood sugar checkedβ€”sudden weight loss can be a huge red flag for diabetes.
Or maybe check for intestinal parasites? 🀷

Because if he's only eating twice a day, even if it's small portions, and he isn't working himself to the bone... losing that much weight just isn't normal...

He just finished up at the doctor's office and everything seems to be perfectly fineβ€”his physician was incredibly thorough during the exam, so I truly believe there's nothing to worry about. He mentioned that his weight typically fluctuates by maybe ten or twelve pounds over the course of a month... perhaps I'm just overthinking things and letting my anxiety get the better of me. Who knows, really...πŸ˜•
