I’m starting this thread because I honestly need some advice from you guys... hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction...
I turned 16 about five months ago and I still have zero chest development...
Nothing has even started to bud😢 😳 😳
I am seriously flat as a board😳
Is this actually normal, especially since I hit puberty pretty early on?
I got my first period when I was 11, and that summer I shot up 4 inches, my hips filled out, everything changed—except for my breasts... 😢
My cycle has been totally regular ever since and everything seems fine health-wise, but my chest just refuses to grow😳
Is there any way to actually jumpstart that growth or anything?
Can anyone help me out? Because people constantly call me "flatty" and won't stop messing with me about it😢 😳

Yeah, I’m wondering the same thing 😬 I’m a little older now, and it's not like I've got nothing going on, but I'm stuck wearing the smallest bra size... why did they stop growing? 😈

Look, I'm 24 and my chest is about as flat as a pancake

😁

You’re only 16, kid; give it time, because things usually don't really settle in until you're 22 or 23...

There's still plenty of hope for you...

Is it 22-23? Don't tell me that, maybe there's still hope for us yet 😍 though I've basically already signed up for an audition with that little actress, haha

Look, you're only 16. Your body doesn't even finish developing until you're 22 or 23...

But what if they haven't even started growing yet? 😲

If you happen to put on a few pounds or just start losing that youthful glow, you can bet your life you’ll be jumping up at least two or three bra sizes in an instant...

I didn't even start wearing a bra until I was 16,
even though there wasn't much point in doing it back then anyway...

Don't sweat it, they'll show up eventually..

I’m 26 years old, and I wear the absolute smallest bra size available. Honestly, depending on how a specific brand is cut, even that feels a bit loose sometimes! I used to obsess over it constantly, but I've finally reached a point where I'm just genuinely happy with my body.
The only time things change is during my monthly cycle; everything feels a bit more "full," and that’s usually when I find myself daydreaming about actually having larger breasts.

Besides, my husband absolutely loves my figure exactly as it is. Plus, I can't help but feel incredibly relieved knowing I won't have to deal with any significant sagging after having two or three kids...

😬

I wouldn't really recommend that as a way to go about it
since everything just ends up going back to how it was anyway! 😬

I'm totally part of the "no curves" club myself. I remember back in middle school, it felt like everyone (pretty sure it was just the girls, 🙂) already had chests and flat hips. Me? Zero cleavage and some pretty "weird" shaped hips. My chest filled out a bit later... but still nothing much to write home about. As for my hips and booty? Let's just say I look like Jennifer Lopez's sister. What can you do... you're just built that way. Your chest will catch up eventually, and even if they stay small, who cares? Just flaunt those other "assets" instead. 🙂

Listen, I truly believe that at your stage of life, dealing with all of this can be a massive psychological burden—it’s heavy stuff, isn't it? Of course, you likely realize that you still have plenty of time ahead of you and that this current situation doesn't have to be your permanent reality. So, why not head over to your doctor and have a real, heart-to-heart conversation? If they see enough clinical evidence, they can certainly write you a referral for hormone replacement therapy just to help you find some peace of mind. I mean, it might not even be necessary for you—it is incredibly rare to deal with a total absence of thyroid tissue, after all—but wouldn't it be worth exploring just to feel more like yourself again?

I... well, if you'll have me—may I please join the club?🙂 So, let's talk about the physical toll—it’s quite a lot to manage, isn't it? I'm dealing with some significant breast swelling, around an 80B cup size, and my hips feel incredibly wide—plus, they get so swollen during my cycle that the pain is just... well, it's agonizing. Honestly, who would have thought such a small thing could hurt this much? It’s truly relentless. As for the medical side of things, my hormone levels are actually all perfect—my prolactin and the rest of my pituitary products are right where they should be. My ovaries are fine, too, if you can overlook the fact that they are microfollicular. I still have regular periods and ovulation, so nothing is missing there. The only real outlier is my cortisol; it stays chronically elevated because I am just so incredibly reactive to stress. I suppose you could say I'm highly sensitive to everything—does anyone else feel like their body just overreacts to every little thing?🤣 I honestly don't know... in my case, it’s probably just a matter of having fewer estrogen receptors—since my actual hormone levels are perfectly normal—but then again, who can say for sure? It feels like this area isn't even that thoroughly researched yet... or perhaps I simply haven't studied enough. Whatever that may be. I don't really view it as an aesthetic issue anymore (even though, if I'm being completely honest, it used to make me feel quite self-conscious)—nowadays, I've sort of grown to accept them, and I actually love them. Even if it could potentially be an indicator of certain pathological conditions, having small breasts is mostly just a normal variation of the human body. My only real wish? Just a little less volume in the hips and glutes. 😢 😁.

Let us please endeavor to stay on topic—shall we? It really is quite important to maintain our focus here!
If you find this subject so incredibly fascinating—and really, if it’s occupying such a significant portion of your thoughts—perhaps you should consider starting your own discussion thread? Why wait for me to elaborate when you could lead the charge?

So you’re looking for advice, huh? Breast enhancements? Sorry, darling, I really haven't the slightest clue about that particular subject... and goodness knows what kind of toxins they pack into those implants anyway. Maybe you should just go ask a dealer at a local corner store😉. I’m joking, of course—mostly... I truly don't know. Though, I can't help but notice your username is quite degrading, if you don't mind me saying.

Which actress—or was it a singer?—claimed her chest grew because her husband gave her nightly massages?😁 😂. (As if Britney or Lindsay got theirs through "natural development"... regardless of how suddenly that seemed to happen...) ...but hey, who knows? Perhaps that kind of stimulation actually works.

Oh, and there was that news story recently regarding some twins—little boys, or maybe infants, I can't quite recall... anyway, they were frequently using lavender-scented baby oil, and then their chests started developing... well, you know... apparently, lavender has a mild estrogenic effect, so it's supposedly due to that... though I highly doubt it; if that were actually the case, the concentration of essential oils would have to be much higher (perhaps if one used pure lavender essential oil exclusively... or some other plant with similar properties) than what is actually found in baby oil (which usually only contains trace amounts... if they even include them at all). I'm not sure if it was their breasts specifically that enlarged, but they probably took lavender off their shopping list immediately.🙂

When I started high school, my chest was barely there—just a slight curve, you know? Then, almost overnight, during my junior or senior year, everything just suddenly developed.
Maybe it’ll happen the same way for you, too. Honestly, I’m really happy with how they turned out now.😍

Maybe you’ll have the same luck, but honestly, I’m totally loving my results right now.😍

Fingers crossed. 😢

Maybe check with some street dealer instead😉. Just kidding, obviously... seriously though, I don't know. But I have to say, your username is pretty degrading.

I think some actress or singer mentioned hers grew because her husband gave her massages every night(?)😁 😂. There might be some truth to that! From what I've seen with certain girls, it's like they actually do swell up a bit once they start getting active.

😲 😲 80 B???? Honey, you have no idea what small breasts actually look like. A 32A is small. Be happy with what you've got. 😉 Meanwhile, the rest of us poor souls are stuck here debating this. 🙂
