Hey everyone.
I'm dealing with some issues regarding blackheads. Luckily, the breakouts aren't constant...
But these blackheads are driving me absolutely insane. I've been struggling with them for quite a while now. I’ve been using this Nivea Men 3-in-1, but honestly, I’m seeing zero improvement. I don't want to squeeze them—it's too much work, and they're everywhere, leaving my pores looking huge and damaged in the process.
If anyone here has actually managed to get rid of them, I would truly appreciate some advice..

I stick to Clean & Clear for blackheads, but honestly, it’s pretty useless... the only thing it actually does is dry out my skin a bit, which isn't the worst thing during a sweaty summer

You can find all sorts of acne creams at the local drugstore, but most of them just rely on ingredients meant to "thin out" your sebum. Honestly, give it a shot if you want, but if you ask me? You’re better off booking a session with an aesthetician or, if you're like me and prefer a more clinical approach, just heading straight to a dermatologist for a professional facial cleaning.

I can't stand hospitals or doctors. I feel like I've been dealing with nothing but endless medical nonsense lately 👎

Beyond any cosmetic procedures you might choose, you absolutely have to overhaul your diet and ditch those nasty habits.

Cut out the greasy stuff—I'm talking pizza, fries, burgers, bacon, mayo, heavy sauces, chocolate, and cookies...

Instead, try eating plenty of fruits and veggies, dairy, whole grain bread, poultry, and lean meats. You should also probably steer clear of coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes..

Look, I know it isn't easy, but maybe just try sticking to it for a month? You might actually surprise yourself...

Rinsing your face with chamomile tea helps too, and if you can stomach it, adding a little lemon juice occasionally might help 🙂
