Are those similar to swim diapers (like the ones kids wear when heading to the pool or something)?

I haven't heard of anything like that being made for adults.

Can't you just use standard incontinence pads? And while we're on the subject, does anyone actually use those plastic adult diapers? If so, where can I pick some up here in the States?

I spoke with the center a few days ago personally. They do stock incontinence briefs. Sizing is based on waist circumference...
We managed to track down the briefs and got everything sorted out.
One pack of 40 pieces costs $30.
