Those three unreleased tracks from the compilation are actually pretty solid too, if you ask me 🙂
And honestly, that Stalk & Slash bit from Shameless was a total gem in an otherwise messy show 😁

I gotta admit, it’s just pure Caucasian psychosis—or maybe just the effect of two IPAs hitting at once... I still have a soft spot for Troublegum for purely sentimental reasons, since back then, it was just me and my buddy tearing it up at Apple in NYC, playing those classic Waiting Room and Kerosene tracks alongside everything else 😈

Man, this band is incredible... their last two albums were absolute bangers... though honestly, Troublegum and Nurse... they're just on another level... while Pleasure Death and Babyteeth don't even need a mention.
I actually own their entire discography on vinyl... because they're the only band worth spending my hard-earned cash on. Ever since I first heard them back in '94, there hasn't been a single day where I didn't spin at least a few of their tracks! Not trying to flex here, though—just showing some love for my favorite band!🙏
And I'm definitely hitting up the show, even if the ticket is $167, because seeing them live has been a dream of mine for years. I tried to make it happen before, but things fell through, so I just spent my time obsessively watching DVD Scopophob to cope!

Now that they're finally coming to Washington, D.C., I really think if there are enough true fans out there, we could actually pull together $40 and show up for this concert... especially since the guys are touring all the way from Ireland.

My only real worry is that there isn't a single poster up in the city and they aren't getting any radio play, so I'm a little "scared" the show might get canceled. But if anyone else is feeling anxious, just remember that if it does, Denver isn't too far away just a day later!

Though, I've got a good feeling the show is going to happen!

Oh, they are absolutely going for it!!! I haven't really kept up with them for a while, but I'm finally getting back into the swing of things and that old-school obsession is totally coming back 🙂 I am seriously counting down the days!!!!
I actually checked in with the folks over at Madison Square Garden a few days ago, and they told me they aren't even sure if they've moved a single ticket yet. Honestly, if you're planning on going, you should probably grab yours ASAP before the whole thing gets canceled due to lack of interest (they did mention the ticketing system changed, though—apparently, there's no risk of losing your money if it does get called off, so just go ahead and buy 😉 )
By the way, I’ve been scouting the local record stores all over the city, and you can't find a single one of their albums anywhere. I finally tracked down the last copy at one tiny shop, and that was it... It's honestly pathetic 👎

...yeah, I'm well aware of how that track was mixed in the studio, but I was talking about the live version they played last year... now that Martin McCarrick isn't touring with them, you don't have to worry about anyone suffocating you with too many layers...😁

...deep dive, deep plunge... whatever... just listen to any Joy Division bootleg and you'll realize they were basically terrible live... or do you prefer Paul Young's cover of Love Will Tear Us Apart better???....😲
