Urinalysis results: what should I look for?

My urine culture results just came back saying "saprophytic flora." What on earth does that actually mean? When they’re running these tests, what exactly are they looking for in the sample? Are they checking for both anaerobic and aerobic bacteria? And if so, what's the real-world difference between the two?

Lucky you, honestly. I’ve been stuck on a round of antibiotics for an entire month now and I still haven't managed to shake this E. coli. So, naturally, my doctor just handed me a prescription for another three months of meds. 😕
