Breast ultrasound questions

Does anyone know the best spot in New York City to get a breast exam and ultrasound? Also, what kind of damage am I looking at for private appointments?

I recently visited the Mayo Clinic.
The cost was $83, but honestly, the doctors were wonderful—they actually take their time with you, listen, and have real conversations instead of rushing you out the door...
Plus, they have an entire team of specialists on standby, so if you need any follow-up tests, they get you scheduled immediately. The whole process moves incredibly fast.

You can actually get a breast ultrasound at the Mayo Clinic facility where they also have mammography available. It’s covered by insurance, you just need to book an appointment. If things are urgent, make sure to mention that—they'll squeeze you in right away. Otherwise, the wait isn't bad at all, probably similar to waiting for a checkup at your gynecologist. Just keep in mind, you'll need a referral from your doctor first.
