My clock is showing the wrong time!!

So, here's the deal: the forum clock is constantly lagging an hour behind where it should be.
I've got my settings dialed in to Eastern Time.
Does anyone actually know how to fix this?

Just head over to the settings and toggle 'dst correction always on.'

Alright, it's showing GMT-5 now, so hopefully we're on the right track here.
At the end of the day, as long as my clock is actually telling the truth, I'm happy!

I keep toggling the 'dst correction always on' setting, but the time isn't updating at all. Instead, I just get this error message: "There are no subscribed threads to display in this folder for this time period."
