—just like how a woman isn't much of anything without curves like Kylie Minogue or a figure like Monica Bellucci, right?

168.5 lbs... I’m still a few pounds short of my goal, but I just can't seem to put on any weight 🙂 I eat pretty much everything from veggies to sweets, though pasta is definitely my go-to along with plenty of vegetables. I heard someone mention that donuts might help me bulk up, so I think I'll give those a shot since I really could use those extra few pounds... It's funny how it works, isn't it? People are always trying to lose weight when it's actually way harder to gain it than it is to drop it. Two of my girlfriends tried the Keto diet and both lost about 30 pounds; they look amazing now, and they haven't gained anything back even though they stopped the low-carb thing months ago. Meanwhile, I'm still over here searching for the secret formula to finally pack on a little weight. Heeeelp. 🙄
